• We’ll set our intentions for the session, and then you’ll settle in with gentle seated or lying-down stretches as you sync breath with movement and explore diaphragmatic breathing.
• I’ll guide you through pranayama yoga, a powerful practice that enhances lung capacity, reduces stress, boosts mental clarity, and promotes emotional balance. You’ll connect with your breath to release tension and cultivate a deep sense of self-awareness, relaxation, and harmony.
• Close out your session with a breath-led mindfulness meditation, using visualization techniques to deepen your meditative state.
