Amazing views, amazing beach, amazing host. Bring a sweater the balcony breeze is chilly!

This might have been the best trip of my life. Norma was amazing and the place was unbelievable.

A gorgeous spot, short walk to the public beach which was not busy at all. Walkable neighbourhood to little shops. The home itself was welcoming, the pool was perfect for our little kids to splash in before and after the beach. Bonus addition of the amazing coffee shop right beside with delicious coffee, great vibes and good food. Would 100% recommend!!!

A very beautiful home and the pool is great. Kitchen was easy to cook in and beds were comfortable. We were there 10 days and a house cleaner came twice. Host was very responsive and helpful. There is construction noise during the week and the host is honest about this. I think you won’t find a place in Sayulita that doesn’t have construction noise as it is a growing city. The home is difficult to find. Put in the name of house in Google Maps to locate it - just the street address will take you to the wrong building with the same address.

Our stay at Villa Vista Mariposas was wonderful. Firstly, Brian and Karin are excellent hosts. They responded quickly to messages and were very welcoming during our stay on the property. They also provided a concierge, Sofia, who was extremely helpful in coordinating the details of our stay, including touring us around the facility and helping us coordinate different tours and catering options. We chose to have half of our meals catered by chef Silvia and this was absolutely one of the highlights of the trip. As other reviews have mentioned - it is important to rent a vehicle with some clearance to make the trip to the house. We rented a Nissan X-Trail, and we were glad for that decision. The privacy of the beach was another highlight. We spent hours boogie boarding, walking, and just bathing in the sun. You will not regret staying here!

Great place, great location.

Absolutely a perfect location with perfect view of the ocean. Host was great to respond! The grounds are immaculate and the most beautiful foliage with wonderful location to town and beach.

I went with my family. We had a great time in the apartment, the view is incredible and the apartment is very well equipped. My son really enjoyed the pool and the others enjoyed walking on the beach and we also took the opportunity to have the food delivered so we didn't have to move much (since we went from Thursday to Sunday).

A very nice place and a very clean

Wow. Amazing stay and outstanding hosting from Janet. We needed a last minute place and Janet went way above and beyond to make it happen for us. The place was incredible. Right on the beach. Full kitchen. Big tub. Beautiful vibes. King bed. Great housekeeper. Restaurant and bar with live music right across the street but still quiet inside. We had a chef come cook meals and he had everything he needed in the kitchen. You can hear the surf from the house at night. You are close to the action but it is really peaceful and quiet inside. Janet was quick with all of her responses and worked really hard to help us sort out the last minute stay. Thank you, Janet. Can’t recommend this place enough. Hope to make it back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Perfect amount of room for 3 couples. The Airbnb is steps from the beach and the private pool is fantastic. We had a few queries that were always responded to and solved in a timely manner. Hope to stay again one day!

Our stay was truly amazing! We have stayed in La Cruz before but this condo exceeded all our expectations. The private pool was great for our toddler who is learning to swim. The views were amazing. The Marina is beautiful to wake up to and also watch the sunset. The Sunday market was great!! Lots of walkable restaurants. Edwin’s communication is 10/10. Super friendly and responsive. Overall would highly recommend. Will definitely be rebooking in the future. Thank you Edwin!

Exceeded our expectations. Probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in. We are a family with 5 kids, ages 4 to 11. Nick the property manager and his team were amazing. Anything we needed help with they jumped right on it, from booking a zip line excursion, booking our airport transportation, booking our golf carts, and giving local recommendations. When we checked in, Nick was waiting there for us to help with luggage and getting us familiar with the home. The property itself is also amazing. It's right on the beach with stunning views from the home. Every morning our kids would wake up and go out on the beach. They also loved the pool. The daily cleaning was a plus. Felt completely safe the entire time. Plenty of space for our family of 7.

Our experience at this Airbnb in Punta Mita was beyond anything we could have hoped for! From the moment we arrived, Flor, the house manager, made everything effortless. She is truly amazing—sweet, incredibly helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile, whether it was grabbing a snack or adjusting to our changing plans. Having her prepare our meals was one of the best decisions we made. It allowed us to host family from the nearby hotel for a much more intimate and memorable dinner experience. The condo itself was spacious and beautifully maintained, with access to multiple pools—all with shallow ends, which was perfect for our toddler. The beach was just as incredible, offering long, peaceful walks and a friendly atmosphere. Even though I don’t speak Spanish, I was able to easily navigate with the help of a translator app and, of course, Flor’s support. I’m already planning my next visit! Excellent host - Rosy was quick to respond and tried to take care of every problem as best and fast as she could. Provided loads of local recommendations and suggestions. The building is very nice - the beach and the sunsets were beautiful. We couldn't make any use of the pools in the property because of an injury in our group. But they looked beautiful and inviting. The spa at the top was great too - inexpensive and convenient. The apartment itself was very well kept and well stocked, but was on the small side. One of the bedrooms, is very small with no space to even keep a luggage piece inside. Two of the bathrooms were also quite small, so 8 adults would struggle to stay comfortably. The location was not the most convenient as even a grocery trip needed an Uber. No vegetarian restaurants nearby for delivery or in waking distance, so you are stuck waiting for an uber for everything and that is tough with kids . During the holidays, many places were closed which made it worse

I stayed at this beautiful condo with my two parents, my wife, and my 19 month old kid. The downstairs bedrooms were particularly helpful when the adults stayed up later than the kid! The view was amazing and the location provided us with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I came to Sayulita to be on the beach and surf and swim. Wherever I stood in Tamara’s pace I could see exactly where I wanted to be in the ocean or the beach! I couldn’t have been in a better location for what I was looking for. We would walk the beach and into the village and back to Tamara’s several times a day. The onshore breezes were persistent for several days and made the nights sleep so wonderful with the bedroom windows wide open. The newly installed glass sliding doors to the patio are beautiful and add security to the home but never did I or have I felt unsafe in Sayulita. My family and I just returned from Pacifico 406 and are still feeling the joy we experienced there. The home was superb, from the quiet, peaceful and private surroundings, the comfortable beds, and incredible stocked kitchen. The location was ideal! Anahai who took meticulous care of the home coming every day to clean the kitchen, and baths, launder towels or personal laundry was the most gracious and kind woman on the planet. Helping make arrangements for cars to pass through the security gates, arrange grocery list to be delivered and just answer basic questions for people new to the area. the only thing we wanted was more time there. We are already planning when we can return to paradise. Thank you to Maria and Anahai for all they did to make our trip so fabulous!

We had a great stay in 105 at Casa del Mar. It’s a really great location in Bucerias being about a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, market. But just outside the hustle and bustle, so nice and quiet at night. Also being right on the beach is amazing. Hearing the waves dance with the beautiful sandy shoreline never gets old. The apartment itself is very nice. The double sliding doors opening to the patio overlooking were always open allowing the nice breeze to keep the condo cool. AC is available and also worked great. It has all the amenities you’d need. A couple suggestions would be a cooler, or cooler bag or two for keeping drinks/food cold if going to the beach, or grocery store and some to-go cups for drinks. And perhaps a portable beach umbrella and chairs, Tommy Bahama style or something like that. Brian from Vallarta rentals was awesome. Very pleasant to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions we had. He’s a great guy. Overall, my family and I had a great time
