Vacation rentals with a patio in Nayarit

The place is super spacious and clean. With front and back terraces. The pool is very nice and practically empty. The neighbors are very quiet and the neighborhood is very close to everything! We would definitely come back!

I loved our stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s place. The bed is super comfy and you cannot beat the views. The rooftop pool was also amazing! I am sad to be back in the Colorado cold :(

All pictures were accurate. The pool area is resort style, beautiful with lots of chairs available. The consigliere team is fantastic! Our internet was spotty from the bedrooms, advised the host & immediately he had a technician come to install a boaster! . Highly recommend.

place was in a nice quiet part of the town, near convenient stores and an ATM - we felt very safe walking around at all times of the day and night

Great apartment super close to fun restaurants and the Bucerias beach! The host was friendly and helpful.

An excellent place, very nice, private, it is ideal for resting, the other apartments were reserved by very quiet people. Having access to the restaurant of the place while you meet Bucerias helps you a lot! The apartment is super equipped, very comfortable and has everything you need to think about living there for an extended time. It is very close to the beach and close to supermarkets. They give you the best tips and recommendations of the place. Beach umbrellas, towels and chairs lend you to make your stay as easy as possible! We stay with our pet and an infant. Thank you Tom and Felipe for being great hosts !

The apartment is easy to find and conveniently located, a few blocks from convenience stores and local food stalls. Although it is not very close to the beach, the town is small and can be reached quickly by vehicle. The place is very comfortable, and with very good amenities.

This unit isa great place for a short or long long-term stay. it has all the needs required as well as Netflix and HBO. it's street level location, a clean unit, easy walks to the beach, melacon ,supermarkets, Saturday markek (best fresh fruit in PV), an athletic field with large soccer fields to walk or jog in. Carolina is a super host, she responds to any issues within minutes! it is not super luxury, but easily fits all your needs and the price is right. I stayed over 2 months and I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Hailey’s place was absolutely amazing. She was very responsive and very clear with instruction on how to check-in and the use of every aspect of the house. My family stayed for a couple days and had a super great time that we will remember forever. The pool was clean and just the right depth to not be too scared of. The house was PRISTINE. Air conditioning was a great thing to have in the climate of the town but being outside on the beach chairs felt like a dream. I highly recommend staying in any of Hailey’s properties with how good our short stay went I could only imagine how it would be for a longer stay!

Very nice place, very spacious and comfortable

I have stayed in many airbnb’s. in the US, Mexico, Canada and Europe. Silaan’s was fabulous. Probably the best, ever. Beautifully decorated, excellent quality and had everything one could possibly want without having to bring with you, water bottles, great kitchen. beach chairs, speakers to hook up to your phone etc. The pictures posted on her site were acute and all in great working order. She has great taste. If I had any questions I immediately got a response and help if I needed it. My only word of caution is as much as the tub/shower is beautiful, if you have mobility issues it may be hard to get in and out. The pictures accurately show the tub so no suprises. She’s a wonderful host with a gorgeous private yard and I look forward to returning. I highly recommend it Thank you!

Gorgeous, spacious condo with a refreshing pool on the rooftop that we basically had to ourselves. Extremely low maintenance check out which we appreciated while travelling with kids. It’s definitely an uphill climb but we mostly caught Ubers/cabs so it wasn’t a big issue for us. Loved it! Thank you!

This is our second stay at Avida and our new favorite condo there! Everything was fantastic, nice working A/C, pristine furniture and design, secure space + building, nice appliances + TVs in each room. Every day we made friends on the rooftop. In the winter, Avida’s rooftop gets some of the best sun of all rooftops. Wonderful bed (the second bed is Murphy bed in living room, but there are 2 bathrooms). The WiFi does not work well in the bedroom. Will stay again!

We had a great stay at 171 harbour ! We stayed at a different unit last year & I preferred the 4th floor as I don’t enjoy the higher balcony’s ! Spacious balcony we were able to enjoy for meals ! Great layout ! The kitchen is good but tight, not much room to prepare or store food but we made it work 👍 amazing beach views as always 🐋❤️ we would definitely book again !! Miss you already PV xo

We had a great stay at Reagan’s. The condo is very modern and has an amazing rooftop pool. The location was perfect for us as we could easily walk to beach, restaurants, markets, etc. The kitchen had everything we need for cooking at home and having two bathrooms was a bonus. Sergio was also very responsive and looked after our very minor issues quickly. Would highly recommend!

We arrived at Roger’s apartment and it was just as described. We were very comfortable, and our questions and concerns were taken care of promptly. The neighborhood is very nice and walkable. We had a great time eating the local food. Highly recommend this place! Host was terrific! Thank you!

Peter and Raquel were incredibly responsive and helpful. The unit was even better than the photos and the property was gorgeous. The unit was squeaky clean as were the common areas and pools. I would not hesitate to return!
