Vacation rentals with breakfast in Nayarit

Stay was great and Maria Jose and Magdalena exceded our expectations.

Excellent place to spend a few days with family and pet, very friendly and always attentive, the rest. And the beach of the best, congratulations!

We feel very fortunate to have ended up here. We initially had some concerns with the owner living upstairs and our kids being too loud in the pool, but Casey is very warm and friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The host, Chris, was very helpful and quick to respond to each of our questions. Our kids had the best time in the pool day after day during our stay. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, clean, thoughtfully designed, and located in a lovely neighborhood. Many wonderful memories made here, and we hope to return again in the future!!

Corona Adobe was just what we needed. The cobblestone streets and the tastefully decorated rental in the El Centro served our family of 5 adults. The open air home is warm during the day but the bedrooms have air-conditioning. The dipping pool is refreshing. The views are spectacular. Fabi's food was simply delicious. Tomas helped us arrive and depart safely & easily. He explained things that needed explaining and worked with us to resolve our concerns. The street tacos next door were a highlight for our family. This vacation was a cultural experience and we loved it.

We are almost afraid to tell you how great this place is- from the gorgeous house to the SUPER husband and wife team hosts (who offered the best suggestions for restaurants and day trips to San Sebastián etc.) to the location- because when we return we’d like it to be available; but, we have to be fair to Silvia and Humberto who are super great, there when you need them and not if you don’t, and to the house which is unbelievably modern and beautiful, open, airy, with a wonderful pool...our room’s terrace was over it with a beautiful view...I could go on, but then you’d be booking it when we want it! We LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and hosts, gracias mil Silvia y Humberto- we will return to stay with you/ LUCY and Hilton.

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

Beautiful condominium in Punta Mita with access to all of the amenities!! We will definitely return and rent from Mita Residential again. Manuel was extremely responsive and made sure all of our transportation and questions were answered. He even provided great recommendations for restaurants inside and outside the property!

We stayed for 10 nights through New Year’s Eve and couldn’t have been happier with the host, location, and amenities: The host: A+ Mònica was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Check in and checkout was easy. On-site staff were also available to assist and all super helpful. The location: A+ a brand new building right on the beach. There’s a supermarket just a short walk away, which was great for easy atm and grocery access. Angulo coworking space and the food truck park are both walkable as well. The romantic zone, which is further south, isn’t walkable, so you’ll need to take a cab or uber there. Amenities: A+ Private access to a fairly quiet beach. Lots of pool access. High speed Internet (we were able to work from the unit without any problems). We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in PV!

Beautiful stay in this penthouse unit of Villa Magna condos. Views from the balcony and beach location was exquisite. The condo itself was so well stocked- plenty of linens, kitchen ready to cook and beach items. Host was amazing and quick to answer any questions! 10/10

The accommodations were lovely, loved the location, the rooftop patio was perfect for sunset view and whale watching over breakfast! The cathedral bells are quite loud, but having stayed in the area before we were prepared for that, so it didn't bother us too much. Overall very nice place, definitely recommend!

We stayed in the Cortez suite for 4 nights, there were four of us in the room and it was more than enough space. The hotel is charming & beautiful. The host is completely lovely and helpful. You will not regret booking here, we had the best time. I would absolutely re-book here without hesitation!

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed while traveling in Mexico. I had a wonderful experience at Tío Guillermo’s place. The room was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the supermarket, shops, and restaurants. Señor Guillermo and Señora Veronica were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to provide excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Anytime I needed something, they were available and happy to help. As a digital nomad, I stayed for a month, and it was an amazing experience. I will definitely book again the next time I visit Puerto Vallarta.

Good place, on the main avenue of San Pancho, I liked that it feels a lot of tranquility, it is not very close to the beach but you really enjoy walking on the Avenue there are many places to go to eat.

This beautiful riverside boutique hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, with everything you need close by. The staff was amazing—so helpful and personable, making my stay extra special. I loved starting my mornings with yoga in the courtyard next to the river—it was such a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were not only beautiful but also very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

absolutely amazing hosts! very accommodating, helpful, friendly and funny. took me on a tour of the neighborhood and gave me the best local taco spot, even let me stay past check out so I didn't have to wander while I waited for my flight to come in! 10/10 would stay again

I really enjoyed staying at Guillermo and Veronica's place for a few days. They were very hospitable. I really appreciated the lovely breakfasts they prepared - different every day. I happened to be there for New Year's Eve, and they invited all of us guests to join them for a New Year's dinner. With family, friends and guests there were over 20 people for dinner, and it was delicious. We then watched the fireworks together from the roof - Guillermo and his family's hospitality went above and beyond. The property itself is older, however they have made very nice improvements with electric door locks, A/C in the rooms, and flat screen TV's. My room was basic but very comfortable. I was very impressed with the hot water and water pressure (very good for Mexico). The street outside is very busy and can be noisy, but that's par for the course in Puerto Vallarta (earplugs helped me sleep like a baby). Overall I was very impressed and would be happy to go back.

One of the best values in all of PV. Location is amazing, host is incredibly friendly, and the noise isn't anything like some of the negative reviews claimed. Will definitely be back.
