We had a fantastic stay at Casa Cielo! Beautiful home with amazing views. We spent hours on the terrace watching the whales - nothing like seeing a mom & calf frolicking. Don’t even get me started on the sunsets and star gazing - so much beauty, so little time. Lillian & Stu are very responsive and super helpful - from prepping for the trip including transportation and personal chef recommendations, to checking in with us during our stay and providing restaurant recommendations. We got a golf cart for the week - a big help for runs into town for supplies. Fernando and Amanda prepared amazing meals for us - I highly recommend them (I’m still thinking about the tuna tostados, chile rellenos and hummus). Chuy and Imelda were terrific keeping the place running smoothly, inside and out. We had such an amazing week - none of us wanted to leave. We hope to be back again soon!

So we technically weren't able to stay at Cecile's place because our flight out of Seattle was canceled and due to the holidays, we weren't able to rebook our flight to PV in a timely manner for us to have enough time in Mexico. I want to say that Cecile was so amazing when I told her of our situation. She provided me with different options to try with the airlines, offered to extend our stay (which we couldn't take advantage of because of our work and school schedules), etc. I was so impressed with everything about her correspondence and was so grateful for her help and understanding. In the end she provided us with a full refund. I can't recommend her as a host enough. Anyone who takes advantage of her hospitality will be lucky.

Great place. We’ve typically stayed in a 2 br place w our friends (this was our 10th Mexico trip together) and kind of enjoyed a little more privacy w the 2 apts. The pool was great w 4 comfortable loungers and warmer than typical and the little back porch was perfect for hanging out together. Silann was super responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend her place.

This property is a hidden gem that checks all the boxes. Stunning views, comfortable common areas for relaxing in the shade or the sun, expansive heated pool, thoughtfully laid out bedrooms each with their own unique theme and attention to detail right down to cozy duvets and quality linens, and the kitchen...solidly equipped to prepare anything you desire; and, if you must work, there is a reliable, fast internet connection. Pati's house manager Pelon and housekeeper Sonia are consummate professionals. We couldn't have asked for a more responsive, delightful team. It is evident that they love the home and are committed to maintaining it. As another reviewer stated, pictures can't convey the beauty of this home. After 10 years of renting various homes of similar size and amenity in San Pancho, we rate this one the best and consider ourselves very lucky to have experienced this special property. We will be back :)

This place is better than you can ever imagine. The location is a dream (outside of the roosters- it only took 1-2 nights until we adjusted to them). The house is beautiful. Olga and Bernardo keep the grounds and home in impressive condition throughout your stay. We opted to have Olga and her family cook half our dinners and I highly recommend this add on service. Both pools are fabulous and the gardens that surround them are beautiful and lush. I highly recommend booking this listing- you will not regret. We look back to our next time we’re able to visit!

Don't think twice about renting this house! It was out of a dream. The architecture is absolutely stunning (coming from an interior designer). The rooftop has views of the ocean and is one of the highest points of any nearby structures. Each room has it's own bathroom and the rooms are cleaned daily (except for Sundays). The pool provided some shade which was welcomed as it kept the water cooler. House is walkable to the town via a quick walk. We enjoyed the quiet setting that was close to a vibrant area. We rented this property with their other property- Saturno - for a large group of 13. It was great to have the two connecting properties which can be opened via a gate. Honestly one of the coolest places I've ever stayed in. Hope to come back some day!

Our stay at Casa Yaka was great! The place was clean and had everything we needed, and the host/property manager were super friendly and accommodating. They even brought us clean towels a few times during our stay which was very much appreciated. The location is one block away from the square so very close to the action of town and the beach. We did not hear any noise from town but it happened to be Sayulita Days during our stay, which was very loud. That's not a criticism to the location though as I'm sure that festival was heard at every Casa in Sayulita! Overall, really great stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved this house! It’s better than the pictures, the co host Lina, was wonderful with reaching out to us before our trip, organizing our airport transportation and having our golf cart dropped off when we arrived. Any questions we had, she was quick to answer. The house is amazing, the perfect location, close enough to town but still felt private and safe. We loved hanging around the heated pool everyday watching the wales. can’t forget to take advantage of the rooftop bbq and kitchen area. Great place to catch the sunset and have evening cocktails. We loved every small thoughtful touch like the fully equipped kitchen including the upstairs kitchen and the welcome bottle of wine. Having the cleaning lady every day was a great touch too. We can’t not wait to come back to make more amazing memories.

We absolutely loved our 4-night stay at Casa Piedras Blancas. Everything about this Airbnb was great: check-in, views, amenities, host, beds, etc. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this space to any friends traveling to Sayulita in a big group. We rented golf carts which was a must because this house is in the hills above town. Lovely home base for a holiday. Thank you!

We were a group of three families (six adults and six kids, ages 4-8) and the whole Villa was more than enough space for us. The pool was a good size and the whole property was well-shaded and very cool. The Villa is in a residential part of the town, so the experience felt much more authentic than staying at an all-inclusive or similar resort. We walked quite a bit to get back and forth between places, but several local golf cart rental companies exist if mobility is an issue. The town of San Pancho is a wonderful place to visit. The waves at the beach are a bit rough for swimming, but it was still great to visit the beach and laze about. Ramiro was a wonderful host - answered our questions almost immediately, and helped arrange for the purchase of some specialty items that were not available in town. We highly recommend this rental property.

We booked this home for a week as our family was in town for a family wedding. We brought our young two children (1&4) and they as we all had a wonderful experience staying at this home. It was beautiful, Kerry was super communicative and had many amazing recommendations before we even arrived and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We absolutely loved that the property manager lived on site and was always available if we had questions or needed help with something. Antonieta is incredible and from the very first welcome she was warm and genuine. She was kind enough to set up all the pool and beach toys and umbrellas for us for when we needed them. We loved the privacy that this home offered. We were a 5 minute walk from el centro and beaches. It was quiet at night and just very private which we loved. Since this home is on a hill you get the best views of the town, watches and sunsets! Some of our other family stayed in the centro and they complained of all the noise.

Exceeded our expectations. Probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in. We are a family with 5 kids, ages 4 to 11. Nick the property manager and his team were amazing. Anything we needed help with they jumped right on it, from booking a zip line excursion, booking our airport transportation, booking our golf carts, and giving local recommendations. When we checked in, Nick was waiting there for us to help with luggage and getting us familiar with the home. The property itself is also amazing. It's right on the beach with stunning views from the home. Every morning our kids would wake up and go out on the beach. They also loved the pool. The daily cleaning was a plus. Felt completely safe the entire time. Plenty of space for our family of 7.

We found Casa Makai because we needed a place for our whole family to stay and we were blown away. Not only was the home beautiful but it gave us all the space we needed and it was peaceful, comfortable and clean. We loved the pool, the view and the hosts the most! Not only did they welcome us and make us feel comfortable, they also provided us with information for Taxi’s, golf cart rentals and directions for everywhere we needed to go. We were so comfortable and happy staying at Casa Makai, we will definitely be returning in the future.

Perfect house in the perfect location! We had the most incredible stay in Sayulita. The house is just steps away from the heart of town, yet felt completely private and secluded. Bedrooms were large, and the outdoor space is incredible. The owner gave us excellent recommendations for airport transportation, a chef, and a boat tour. The manager in Sayulita was also super helpful once we arrived. I cannot recommend this place more, we will definitely be back!

This home was a perfect fit for what we had in mind and is well described in the listing. The pictures don't do it justice - the view from the main living area and patio are spectacular. The location is great, it's far enough from town to be out of the chaos, but close enough to still feel a part of things. The manager Maru was great, and helped arrange golf cart rentals which worked smoothly and the brought them to us and picked them up. She also helped with private chef's 2 of the nights as well as transportation to/from the airport. The beach is a very short walk down the driveway and across the street - the surf was particularly large during our trip so this part of the ocean was not very swimmable but it was beautiful and an easy walk or golf cart ride to the more mellow waters in town. The basketball court was a super fun addition, and we spent quite a bit of time shooting hoops with the kids.

What a beautiful casita! We enjoyed a week at this thoughtfully designed, beautifully decorated house. It felt very spacious, and we especially loved the tall palapa roof and private pool. It was a very comfortable stay -- not only was the bed super comfortable, but the house was really well equipped with everything we needed, pots and pans, a coffee maker AND a French press, a large refrigerator, and a large supply of filtered water, and lots of ceiling fans. Even an inside hammock! As many people have noted, Sayulita is a very loud city and the noise can carry up to the house, but on the second night we realized if we closed the thick bedroom door and the bedroom windows (which are double-paned), we filtered out the majority of the noise and slept pretty soundly. (They also provide ear plugs, which help a lot). Jewel and her team were super friendly and helpful too. A SUPER nice place in a bustling little beach town.

Great place for a family vacation. We booked last minute due to another host canceling our reservation once we had already arrived. Judith gave us a quick response and was able to get us keys within a couple of hours. Once we arrived at the house we got a tour by Mauricio who was very friendly. Our stay was very pleasant, Mauricio was very attentive and quick to respond any question we had.

Place is great! very spacious and clean.

Awesome location, no need for a golf cart. Lots of amenities at your doorstep. Pool and hot tub were great. House is huge plenty of room for 2-3 families. Host were fantastic to deal with. Helped organize round trip transportation with no hiccups. All in all, can’t wait to return. Sayulita is a magical place.

We had a few small issues during our stay and messaged Victor and he was very responsive in dealing with all our concerns. The gate to the complex is a bit difficult to operate but once you get the feel for it and the buttons actually click it works well the first button in the code requires a firm push. We couldn’t lock the sliding door, but Arturo promptly came to look at it and we had it fixed in short order. The lock was replaced. We had a few other minor issues that were taken care of promptly A+ plus plus for attentiveness we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
