It's worth it , it's a beautiful house with lots of cute details, everything you need to spend a few days with family or friends . It has everything you need. Top-notch communication, very attentive and clear. We definitely want to go back

Excellent option for a family vacation, the house is beautiful, everything coincided with the listing and description, Verónica and Rosy are very kind and very attentive to welcome us and throughout the stay, even gave us recommendations of nearby restaurants, we did not have any inconvenience, in general an excellent stay, I highly recommend it!

An excellent place to spend with the family, in a very good location, it is surrounded by everything you need within walking distance, everyone is very friendly and willing to help, a 10 out of 10.

True to the photos in the app. Nice place, safe, quiet. Just as a suggestion, add some larger knives, a chopping board, details like that, just like some mirror in the bedrooms for the women who need to make up or comb. The host is always very helpful. Nice place

This house was perfect for multi generational family (multiple levels is something to think about if mobility is issue) We had more than enough space for all family members to gather either on deck off kitchen, upper deck where bbq and fire table overlooks ocean view and the stars at night were incredible. If that’s not enough, the spectacular infinity pool was amazing to relax, swim or play card games outside, or sneak off on your own and find plenty of spaces in or out to read your favourite book. This was the perfect end to our vacation as was quiet but only a 10 minute walk to beach or 20 min car ride to SAN Pancho (SAN Francisco) where that small town vibe with markets, many restaurants and ocean front greets you. We had all we needed for a perfect getaway and hosts were very responsive to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.

We had a great stay with Eduardo! He met us for the check in, gave us the tour of the house and otherwise was available throughout the stay to answer our questions. The space was great, the pool and the house exceeded expectations. There was a gardener/pool boy who came by every 2 days to clean the pool and maintain the garden area. The location was safe and comfortable but a bit far from downtown Puerto Vallarta and we had a car that made this easier for us. Would strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet restful vacation.

The place is just as described, everything is spotless! The home has everything you need to stay. The area is quiet. There are restaurants and shops nearby, even better if you take a car to move. I recommend it!

Our stay at Riki's was a 10/10 experience! If you are an interior design aficionado like myself, you will appreciate Riki's attention to detail. Her place is beautifully designed, well laid out, the king bed is firm yet comfortable, & the A/C unit and the fan above the bed made for a very pleasant experience. The outdoor living room & kitchen nestled amongst the tropical plants was such a relaxing place to spend time. The house is on a hillside, so we enjoyed pleasant breezes, even during the hotter parts of the day. The location is perfect - walking distance to the restaurants, shops & beach, yet far enough away that it was quiet & peaceful. Of course you will hear roosters & dogs barking occasionally, and some noise from cars driving down the main road one block away, but all in all a very pleasant experience. Last but not least, Riki was an exceptional host. She was warm, welcoming, & generous with her time. She even offered a remedy for my husband's upset stomach which helped alot!

we loved the stay in this place, they offered more than expected, nice and pleasant experiences, they united us with them to spend new year together, they helped me in everything I needed, some things were missing in the room but by asking them right away they gave us, Janeth and her family as well as the guys of the place are very nice, friendly and accessible. my children were happy ahi and I with the comfort of knowing that they were safe, it was just great to have chosen their stay, a little withdrawn but equally served to know new paths. no doubt it is a recommended place both for the property and for the attention provided by everyone involved in the place. thank you Janeth
