Stayed for a night with friends, a child and an infant. Very kid-friendly which we love. Ample space for kids to play. Plenty of toys and books to keep kids entertained. Instructions for portacot was also clear and helpful. Clean and cozy with comfortable beds. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful mini holiday. The house felt homely, comfortable and SO close to the foreshore. Walking distance to beautiful walks, views and Port Willunga beach. Laura and Nick were wonderful hosts. A great place for a family getaway.

We were most grateful and impressed by Marina’s flexibility at very short notice to let us use the premises early- fantastic. The location, house amenities, description of her beautiful old house were just spot on and we loved staying albeit much too short on this occasion. A superior host and great spot- we would love to come back, thank you, Marina, you made our Christmas truly memorable.

The place was perfect for our needs. Easy walk to the creek and dog beach as well as the harbour. Lots of space for everyone and the ducted aircon was great.

Great space to relax with friends after a day riding the rail trail. Kitchen had everything we needed. Back verandah was an awesome space to unwind and watch the birds. Easy walk to the hotel for a meal.

Great place to stay, looks just like the photos. Fantastic area and pool and gym were a real bonus. Beds were very comfortable and wonderful shower. Kitchen was great and well equipped. Would certainly stay again. Thank you Ethan for letting us stay at your lovely apartment.

Beautiful place for a break away with the kids. Easy walk to lake, supermarket, bakery, butcher and the ski club. Angela is lovely to work with and would look for availability of this place again in the future 😊

Gabby was a fantastic host, I couldn’t recommend staying here highly enough. The location was great, an easy 20 minute walk to the tennis, botanical gardens and zoo. There were lots of food options along Melbourne Street and the apartment was in a nice quiet complex. Gabby was so accommodating to our needs and communicated brilliantly. Will definitely stay here again when I next visit Adelaide

We really enjoyed staying in Zhiyue's and Shouline's lovely apartment. The location is so central and well connected with trams, trains and buses. The apartment is well equipped and has everything we needed. Zhiyue and Shouline are fantastic hosts. They accommodated are check in and check out requests. We were treated at the apartment and shown around. Really made to feel welcome!

We had a great stay here! The accommodation was clean and exactly like the photos, with all the essentials provided for a comfortable visit. The location was really good, close to the beach, cafes and seaside markets, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. Nin was a great host, quick to respond to any questions.

Glenn was a lovely host, he was super easy to communicate with and our pick-up/ check-in was seamless. The buggy being included in our stay was perfect and allowed us to transport around the island. The location was incredible, only a few minutes drive to restaurants/public pools. Thankyou for having us, we are already planning on coming back to the beautiful Hamilton Island. :)

I took my wife & daughter to the Gold Coast & we stayed in this central 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment located within the Avani building for 1 week. We were extremely happy with this choice, and would highly recommend this to others looking for a comfortable home away from home. This was our first time booking and staying in an Air BnB, and it was as nice as the photos and description was accurate. The host gave clear instructions for smooth check-in & check-out, good communication, and overall excellent experience. Attention to detail & little extras really made this a comfortable holiday stay. We would happily stay here again. PROS: - Convenient location (short walk to beach, cafes, restaurants, shops) - Parking spot included in secure carpark - Apartment was spacious, clean & modern (very comfortable & homely) - Equipped with everything we needed & more (we loved the coffee pod machine) - Cleaned to a very high standard - Airconditioned - Great pool - Amazing views - XMAS tree

We thoroughly enjoyed the resorts pool and the location is enviable being walking distance to Hastings Street and Noosa Junction. Angela and Shaun’s place was fantastic, as it was described. The location is perfect, by being a short trot to the strand; heaps of restaurants and a brilliant beach walk. Close to Castle Hill lookout for those sunrise and sunset viewings. The place was spotless on arrival and the check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. Angela and Shaun’s hospitality was very welcoming and the stay was amazing. Thank you Angela and Shaun!

We had a great time staying at Helen’s place over New Years with our young children. The complex was neat and tidy, and there were good amenities both in the apartment and the complex (the rooftop spa and BBQ were great). The apartment was bigger than we expected and was clean throughout. Helen had left some thoughtful touches that were much appreciated. We’d love to stay again!

Loved staying here. It is directly across the road from a shopping centre & is still in a nice quiet location. Easy to get to & is in a beautiful location. Will definitely stay here again.
