Corinne and Bill were fabulous hosts. They were flexible with check in and check out times (with the sudden downpour!) and left clear instructions for our stay. The area was very peaceful and the abode was clean, tranquil, and fully equipped with everything that we'd need. There were even goodies in the fridge and by the kettle, a lovely touch! Kerri is a fantastic host and went out of her way to assist us in having an enjoyable stay. The property was clean and as described, with helpful amenities. Perfect for a peaceful retreat.

Quite possibly one of the best dog friendly air bnbs we've stayed at. It was the perfect style home for the setting. It was well equipped and spacious (including a super comfy bed) yet had a rustic charm. On the days the sun was out, we could walk to the beach, which was incredibly stunning, and on the stormy days we could sit on the deck with some local wine, watching the birds and kangaroos. I could not recommend Rob’s place enough. I can't wait to come back.

Will’s place is in a beautiful location with lots of great walks along an amazing coastline. The house is comfortable and very stylish and it had everything we needed. Will is a helpful and friendly host. We’re looking forward to coming back again.

It is difficult to put into words the beauty of this place. We felt transported during our stay here. It was so beautiful and the scenery ever changing. We have stayed in many lovely places and this would have to be one of the most incredible of them all. Feeling eternally blessed to have been able to do so and looking at ways when we can do so again. Could not recommend more highly!

We stayed for a relaxing weekend getaway from Sydney. The house and gardens were amazing, surpassing photos and right on the waterfront. The water was clean and clear, great for all beach activities and boating. The home was stylish, spacious, comfortable and immaculate. We were a short walk from the beautiful Jibbon beach, nicer and more secluded than Bundeena main beach. The view was amazingly beautiful, serene and ever changing. Local shops, cafes and restaurants were close by and very good. Alison’s instructions were clear and concise. Everything was easy to find in the well appointed kitchen with cupboards labeled. Locals were friendly and there was plenty to do. We highly recommend a stay in Alison’s spacious house. We wish we had invited friends to stay as well.

This was a lovely little place to stay. Check-in instructions were clear and there were no issues. The place was very clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. The view is spectacular. It is perfectly located on The Strand and close to beaches, restaurants etc. There is on site parking, which is helpful. As an aside, if you are into birds (as I am), the 7th floor location provides a perfect spot to observe the birds on The Strand - an unexpected bonus. I look forward to staying here again.

Excellent apartment and location, spotlessly clean. The hosts were very responsive as we had a minor issue locating how to access the underground parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment, very well equiped and we really enjoyed our stay. There was also lots of snacks put out for us which we didn’t expect and really enjoyed! They definetly went above and beyond.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a pretty resort and perfect location for us as we were doing activities in Port Douglas and Cairns and this was in between. Hosts were great at accommodating our needs and they were responsive. The room had everything we needed. The only negative is the WiFi wasn’t always reliable which made it tricky for work we needed to address. This was not a host issue, but thought I should mention in case anyone else is on a working vacation.

We loved our stay at Barry's! A beautiful, clean home in the perfect location! Less than a 5 minute walk to 4-mile beach and downtown shops/restaurants, an 8 minute walk to the marina. Barry's a great host - extremely thorough and very responsive - we highly recommend!

Could not say enough positive things about Jacqui and Dallas’s home If you want to relax unwind and have positive vibes it’s the place to be☀️ Bonus- locals are very friendly and helpful!

This is my second time at Josh’s place. The view is stunning, and the location perfect right on The Strand and the place is beautifully styled. Josh was very accommodating changing dates with flight cancellations and a very responsive and friendly host.

We had a perfect stay for a women’s weekend away. Stunning views, privacy and wild nature. We watched a storm roll in and swam in the ocean and pool each day. A self-sufficient get away. Comfy luxe beds. Thank you Joy and Paul

5⭐️! I had a wonderful stay at Fran and Michael’s flat The space: small but beautifully designed, impeccably clean, full of natural light and surrounded by lush gardens. Location: perfect location only footsteps from the beach and close walking distance to shops and cafes. Check in and privacy: super easy, and the flat has a seperate access at the back of the block so it is quiet and private. Hosts: Fran and Michael were the most gracious hosts. They were responsive, friendly, helpful and also respectful of my privacy. I definitely recommend to others and hope to stay again sometime!

Second time staying and loved it just as much this time. Lovely setting and amenities. Highly recommended for a couple's retreat and wind down. Perfect.

This airbnb was a budget friendly, amazing experience. All needed amenities were available to meet your cooking or cleaning endeavours. Great location to experience isolation and an off grid way of living with access still to internet, hot and cold running water and air conditioning. Comfy lounge room and bedroom, easy access to local beaches and the Daintree. We got the chance to see a cassowary on the property as well as monitor lizards. Easy check-in and undercover parking for vehicles.

This is a magical find with glorious views from every window, and all you need for the most comfortable stay. The owner Keith is a wonderful and kind hots and storyteller. The area abounds with birds and wild life. The beach is wild and wonderful. We came exhausted and left replenished, and ready for the rest of out Tassie adventures. The gold club is a friendly space to meet locals and eat yummy food. We will definitely be back!

It was our first visit to Port Denison & Kathy’s accommodation was a wonderful find. As we use public transport when traveling we found it extremely close to the TransWA road coach stop, and the area is perfect for walking and relaxing on the beautiful beaches nearby. The roomy house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. As a host Kathy is second to none, helpful, quick to respond & thought of everything to make our holiday as comfortable as possible. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Paul's place is a wonderful, peaceful retreat, the minute you walk in all you can hear are the waves and the birds. Paul was incredibly friendly and responsive. The kitchen is the best equipped one we have ever seen, and the overall layout of the house and the living/sleeping spaces work beautifully. The abundant toiletry supplies were appreciated too. Thanks Paul for a great stay.

What a beautiful location. Superb natural environment and accommodation created to provide homely relaxed feel. Guests just need to be mindful that being an island means that supplies need to be brought with you. Wendy provides some welcome breakfast supplies which we appreciated. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s peaceful and beautiful and relaxing. Love the wildlife including wallabies everywhere and amazing bird life. Walk on the property of the cove and view from elevated location spectacular and well worth doing. Wendy was very friendly when we met but otherwise keep their distance.
