We stayed for my friend’s 40th birthday girls’ getaway! We loved this quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of home. We enjoyed the peaceful natural surroundings, the nearby walk trail, and we just loved the clean, cosy and inviting home! It was the perfect place to spend a quiet weekend away eating, drinking, and resting! Great location near restaurants and bars too! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family! Worth the price and worth the drive all the way from Perth. Beds are comfortable, unique and beautiful place to stay. We had only very limited time and can’t wait to plan another stay longer so that we will be able to enjoy this extremely beautiful house. 🥰

If you're looking for a tranquil escape, Coral Fern Retreat is it! The home is immaculately presented, and Barbara and Greg couldn't have been better hosts – their detailed instructions were so helpful. I can't recommend it enough and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Bride’s chalet exceeded our expectations. The location was so peaceful and very private. We loved the log burner which warmed the chalet beautifully. We would absolutely love to stay again.

We booked the Bangalow Barn and Barnita for a weekend away with family. From the start of our stay we felt extremely welcome, we arrived to the fire crackling and a bottle of red. The property is stunning with the highlights being the path down to the creek, and the outdoor baths on the decking. The fenced decking was perfect for containing our two dogs and toddler. Overall a wonderful stay with a very attentive host.

Enjoyed our family holiday for the week. Beautiful home with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The fireplace was most welcome with the chillier evenings.

What an immaculate little treasure! We had the best time here and only wished we had stayed longer. Everything is thought about and it has all you need for a cosy weekend in the Southern Highlands. It was clean and tidy and everything was well kept. Will be returning.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and equipped with everything needed. A kitchen full of utensils and even oil to cook with. They had left 3 jugs of water in the fridge for us so we had a nice cold refreshment when we arrived. I loved the little owl teddy. We found him in the pantry and hid him back in a great spot. The sauna was lovely and it was a very tranquil stay. We did hear an animal jumping around on the roof both nights which I would be curious to know what it was. Maybe a possum? I have no idea but it was quite interesting. We saw some cute kangaroos and lovely birds as well! Great place to stay, I would recommend to a friend planning a stay at Margaret River. Just a 10 min drive from the main town as well.

We arrived when it was dark and were wowed by the views in the early morning - even better than the pics represented! Decent size for a couple to enjoy a grand vista but also appreciated the quick, easy access to Mullumbimby.

Thank you Tyson for having us stay in your beautiful cottage! We found it wonderful and cozy- perfect in this winter weather. The beds were all very comfy, although we found the ‘sofa bed’ too short to sleep on. The heater system worked very well, and we made great use of the backyard woodfired pizza oven too! Such a treat. Make sure to bring your own wood, as there were only 2 pieces when we arrived, but it was easy enough to find some in town :) Overall a wonderful stay in a great location!

We had the best weekend at the property. Katherine was incredibly helpful and responsive. This is the most beautiful home and we used it for staying nearby a wedding of our friends over the weekend and it was perfect for a relaxing retreat for us and our friends. We were very comfortable and had a 10/10 time and hope to go back again as soon as possible. Thank you so much Katherine

“The Bear” Roundhouse is an absolute delight. Super cosy with floor heating and a wood heater, huge bed, and stunning views down the valley towards Cygnet, which can be enjoyed from the big outdoor bath on the deck. The rammed earth, curved construction adds to the charm, which you can only experience being there, the photos just can’t do the place justice. Highly highly recommended stay for families with the greatest, cosy kids bunk room I have ever seen, and friendly goats to feed in the field next door. Scottee was great with communication, checkin was super easy, and he even had some homemade produce ready for us on arrival. A perfect place to stay and enjoy the Huon area. Thanks Scottee, will definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Joe's Place exceeded our expectations, It was a beautiful, calm, relaxing getaway. The house is perfectly positioned to take in the beautiful views. While we chose an autumn getaway, the winds and rain made a beautiful backdrop. There were a few 'mad dashes' out to the spa, which warmed our souls. I read reviews prior to check in, which stated the kitchen was 'well equipped'. I would like to note for other guests, there is a whole spice drawer, a cupboard of condiments and a couple of drawers full of utensils, as well as foil, glad wrap, baking paper etc. Along with with all the pots, pans, cutlery and crockery you could need. We took children with us and they were even catered for with plastic cups and plates. It made the weekend a breeze. Thank you Joe for great escape. Cheers.

Jeff was a great host who was very quick to reply to any questions and made checking in a breeze. Jeff's hand built house is full if character and was a fantastic place to test out travelling with our 2 week old son. Our older son thought the house was a castle, which he loved. The bedrooms are huge, especially the main bedroom which has a fantastic view to the bush outside. We'd happily return and will be recommending to family and friends. Thanks heaps!

This cozy cabin surpassed our expectations. The fireplace is amazing, and the host was kind enough to leave firewood for us. Great location, you feel secluded and surrounded by nature. Close to the town and a short drive to the prom. Highly recommend and will stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway. The cottage was perfect, full of charm & character. So many interesting thinks adorn the walls and mantles making it have a very creative feel. The bed was extremely comfortable, I especially loved the canopy above it, felt so romantic. Lauren is a wonderful host and her communication was spot on and friendly. Lots of little extras set aside for us which made our stay special. Highly recommend it and hope to be back some time in the future. Thanks again Lauren, your cottage is very special 💕

What a beautiful place! We loved that all the rooms had an ensuite so no one in our group missed out on their own bathroom. The hot tub was great to warm up in after a cool autumn swim at the beach and we loved lighting the fire and watching the stars.

The Chalet was beautiful. It was the perfect retreat to celebrate our anniversary. Alot of love has gone into the making of this home and that is the feeling we had throughout our stay "home" we are already thinking of an excuse to revisit.
