Had a wonderful few days at the headmasters cottage. Beautiful home that was warm and cosy with everything you need for a relaxing few days!! Some lovely touches that made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. Weather wasn’t on our side so we weren’t able to take advantage of the hot tub this time. Would highly recommend Linda’s home, great host who communicated really we throughout our stay.

loved "The Studio" Absolutely everything we needed. warm and cosy and spa upstairs in the bedroom was icing on the cake. we would love to recommend it with lots of stars.

As always, the old shack delivered exactly what we needed. Peace, quiet, relaxing, absolutely beautiful surroundings. We cannot recommend this place enough...we've been 3 times now. Judith is lovely! Always helpful and a master at starting that wood fired spa up for us in advance. We will be back again next year!

This Airbnb was wonderful! The area was peaceful and beautifully tucked away with the trees with a very cozy vibe. The house was just right for 2 people, since there is no Wi-Fi I would recommend bring a laptop or tablet to watch movies! I had a very lovely stay, was definitely worth its price!

We had a wonderful two nights at the cottage, Natalie’s instructions are very clear and concise in checking in. At first you feel like you’re in a cottage and surroundings that could be at least over 100yo but beautifully presented, until you read the story in the cottage info book and realise it’s only around 20yo and that a lot of the material is from famous buildings and locations across not only Australia but the world. Great kitchen, very well appointed, heated floors in the bathrooms, great coffee machine, fire place and bbq. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Thanks Natalie

We stayed at Jen’s place for my partner’s birthday and absolutely loved it! The property is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and dog-friendly — our pup had a great time too. The location is ideal, just an 8–10 minute drive to the beach and Byron Bay, which made exploring super easy. Jen was a great host, and the whole experience was peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway close to everything!

Absolutely beautiful cabin and the location was perfect. A 7 minute drive into Margaret River. Tucked away at the bottom of the drive, it felt so private. The cabin was gorgeous, the wood burning fireplace was much appreciated and so cosy. Couldn’t have been better!

Rebecca and Sev are such wonderful hosts, they were immediately responsive, super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. They put a lot of effort into getting the cabin to be a cozy inviting space and when we encountered a weather related issue they immediately jumped in to help us. Its obvious how much they care for their guests and guests experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s place. The house is beautiful! Spacious, warm, and full of charm. When we arrived, we were welcomed with the smell of freshly baked bread and there were also some fresh herbs, eggs, jam, granola, and milk. Such a thoughtful touch. The surroundings are incredibly serene, with stunning views all around. We absolutely loved it. It was peaceful, quiet, and felt like a true escape. Our dog Ziggy had the time of his life running around and exploring the property — he was in heaven. The house has everything you could possibly need. The outdoor shower under the stars is such a unique experience, and cozying up by the fire inside was a perfect way to wind down. Paul even helped us set up a fire outside on one of the days, even though it was rainy. He was so kind and made sure we were comfortable. There are lovely walks nearby, and some beautiful beaches just a short drive away. It really was a special stay, and we’d love to come back.

Fantastic place to stay in Kin Kin for great value with everything you need and more. The view was amazing from the balcony and the property was peaceful and private. We’ll definitely be recommending this to our friends!

Chris was a great host and the place lived up to expectations in a wonderful way. It was such a cosy place on a cool late autumn weekend, and so wonderful to be able to watch out on the horses and kangaroos on the other side of the fenced in garden (so your 4 legged friends can also watch from a safe distance!). All in all a fabulous place and we will definitely love to return soon.

Such a peaceful location, enveloped by trees. Relaxing and quiet. It felt like quite a dramatic entrance, to park the car and emerge from under the trees to an open, sunlit lawn. Two Adirondacks under a tree, a dozen friendly chooks scratching on the lawn, flowers in full bloom in the garden. It's beautiful. The cottage itself is immaculate. Decorated beautifully with a few antiques, but also all the modern conveniences. The thoughtful touch of a breakfast basket was a welcome sight when we walked in. A market umbrella covers two chairs and a table on the deck - it's the perfect place to unwind. Really great value. Thank you!

We loved our stay, it was a great base for the Barossa area. Angaston is a lovely town and easy walking distance. The cottage has everything a couple would need for a comfortable stay. The building is interesting and well restored/updated. We would be happy to book here again.

We stayed at Caitlin & Michael’s cabin for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The space was comfortable and well laid out, with a cosy bedroom, large luxurious bathroom, and a kitchen and living area that felt like home. The wood fire was a real highlight and we appreciated the generous supply of firewood, kindling, and matches. Their local food recommendations were incredible—we followed every one and had no regrets. We also enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and using the BBQ. The peaceful location was stunning, with no nearby noise and beautiful local wildlife all around. Whether it was sunny or rainy, the cabin was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We’re already planning to return. Thank you, Caitlin & Michael, for an unforgettable stay!

From the moment we booked until the end of our stay, Howard made sure we had all the information we needed and everything to make our visit enjoyable. Carina Cottage is beautifully maintained and nestled in the most serene and peaceful setting. We spent a blissful afternoon on the pontoon, watching the river drift by, fish jumping, and birds soaring overhead. The outdoor fire pit was perfect for cozy evenings, and the BBQ served us well for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had the most relaxing two nights and couldn't recommend Carina Cottage more highly.

Fantastic stay! Beautiful house in a beautiful spot. Had absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the best outfitted kitchen and bathroom of any airbnb we’ve stayed in. Views front and back - great indoor and outdoor spaces! Only wish we’d stayed here longer than our next accommodation. Highly recommended!
