We have 80 feet of private lakefront with a stone retaining wall. The house has modern renovations with antique decor and central air. Even if the weather doesn't cooperate, there is plenty to entertain indoors, and it's close enough to explore the Finger Lakes, Auburn, Aurora, and Skaneateles. The home was great. My family and I stayed for 6 nights. The home was extremely clean and cozy. The kitchen was easy to navigate. The living room was comfortable and had a big TV. The bedrooms were a good size and nicely furnished. The bathrooms were super clean and modern. The laundry room was well stocked.

Joe’s place was great! A little lakeside cabin perfect for our stay (doing field research at the nearby NWR/WMA). Joe was there when we arrived and was super friendly and enjoyable to chat with! Everything in the house was easy to find, comfortable, and clean. It was unseasonably warm during our stay and there were fans available as well as a window unit upstairs if needed which kept us very comfortable! Easy check in and check out, beautiful surroundings, great value!

Great place to stay and fish Cayuga and surrounding waters. Decent boat parking and a place to charge. Very remote and private. 10 minutes to the boat ramp. Had a great time and stay. Driveway did have some potholes but they fixed them during our stay.

Lovely place. The entire home was spotless with a generous number of towels, comfortable bedding, and nice snacks. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The home sits on what feels like about an acre of land about 2 miles north of the most darling village in the U.S. We liked everything about the home and would recommend it highly to anyone who wants to spend time in or around Skaneateles. The host, Deb, was also very responsive.

The house was as exactly as described and was great for the weekend my family spent in town for graduation. There was plenty of space, we enjoyed the family games, and the location was only a few minutes away from most things that you’d need or want. Jennie was very accommodating, as she allowed us to check in early and also had an air mattress delivered since we were short one bed for our guests. Would definitely recommend.
