Brand-new heating & cooling system with remote control to give guests complete control over temperature. High-speed Wi-Fi. Roku TV with commercial-free Hulu, Netflix & Amazon Prime TV. Television extends from wall for ideal viewing from anywhere in the room. Vinyl record player with records from various periods and Amazon Echo for music. Reading chair with magazines. Fully-equipped kitchenette with all pots, pans, dishes & accessories needed to cook a full meal. Table for two that can also be used as a work area. Separate coffee cart with coffee maker and the best freshly ground local coffee and premium teas plus microwave. Full refrigerator. Closet space to hang all of your clothes. Large chest of drawers. Our carriage house is also one block away from the MARTA train with a direct line to Downtown Atlanta for anyone visiting Atlanta and spending most of their time downtown. Forget about traffic and paying for parking. Stay in Decatur and take the 15-minute train ride into downtown instead.

Our cottage is a private, quiet pet friendly retreat. This is very nice, safe family neighborhood. There are still farms up the street and great walking and hiking trails in the area. Minutes from great shopping and dining at the Avenue of West Cobb. Also about 12 minutes from the Marietta Square, also great for dining, shopping and historical tours. Atlanta is about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.
