Amenities includes a spacious full tile shower and a full size stackable washer and dryer. Enjoy sunsets on the outdoor deck with seating and a gas BBQ grill. With lots of light and a private setting this carriage house offers privacy with the feel of being in a tree house. This urban oasis creates a wonderful setting to enjoy Freedom Park with direct access to the Atlanta Eastside PATH trail and connectivity to the famous Atlanta BeltLine. This home was recently featured on the 2018 Tour of Homes. You'll have private access to the entire Carriage House. Candler Park is a walkable Atlanta neighborhood east of downtown and just south of Ponce De Leon Avenue. It was one of Atlanta’s first suburbs and was founded as Edgewood in 1890. It's home to many talented people, plus some great shops, restaurants and bars. In addition to the reserved parking space in the main driveway, there is also free parking on the street in front of the main house. ~1 mile from two MARTA stations - Candler Park and Inman Park stations. Starbucks and Aurora Coffee within walking distance. Freedom Park path access to the Atlanta Beltline. The carriage house is directly behind the main house and has 1223A just to the left of the carriage house door. There is plenty of outdoor lighting and security cameras.

Decorated in modern farmhouse fashion, polished hardwood floors and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances are among the highlights. Unit 1B is a ground floor unit with entry and bathroom accommodations for handicap access. You will have the space all to yourself. And one gated off street parking space. The building it self has a total of six units. Christina is always available by message should you need anything. Stroll just a few blocks from this central location to Ponce City Market and the Beltline, and head down the street to jog in Piedmont Park. Cross the street to encounter well-known Atlanta eateries such as Mary Mac's Tea Room, Pappi's, and Bon-ton. The Woodruff is on the bus line, close to two Marta Stations (Peachtree Center and Midtown Arts)and uber is always within 2 minutes. The city also has Bird and Lime scooters as well as motorized and non motorized bikes. If you are traveling with a car you will have one off street, gated assigned parking space. We can provide only one parking space per reservation. The building has a total of six units. Urban noises may be heard at times. Pets are considered, please ask before booking. You will be given a key fob to enter building and a electronic gate opener if you have a car. If either are lost there will be a $200 replacement fee.
