Contemporary Barn Annex.

Silvana’s place was absolutely lovely. The accommodation was clean, tidy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The building itself was beautifully designed and added a really nice touch to the whole experience. I had the chance to meet Silvana during my stay and she was really warm and welcoming. She showed us her horses and chickens, which was such a nice change of scenery and made the place feel even more peaceful. It was quiet, relaxing and just a great place to unwind. I’d definitely love to stay here again.

The Stables at Boreham House

LyndseyRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had a fabulous stay at Sara’s place and felt right at home from the minute we arrived. It was a great location for short distance driving to Knockhatch Adventure Park and also to get into Hastings for the day. The attention to detail in The Stables was just lovely - everything has been carefully thought about and parking right outside too. The beds were super comfy and we wish we could’ve have stayed longer. Sara and Simon were great hosts - we couldn’t recommend highly enough!!

We had a lovely short break here as a family of four with two teens and a dog. The accommodation is compact but nicely done, well furnished and equipped. Beds and hot tub were immaculate. Aiden recommended the Folkestone harbour arm and local Cliff View Cafe, both of which we visited and enjoyed. We really enjoyed the WW2 tunnels at Dover Castle too. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful venue for a family gathering. Great social space and we will certainly look to return at sometime in the future. We spent best part of a day in Rye which was beautiful. We also visited Winchelsea beach where we saw seals on the sea and the coloured sand at Pett Levels.

What can I say! Hilary’s home was just beautiful. Pristinely clean, comfortable and appointed with high quality amenities. Hilary went to great effort to ensure we had everything needed for a perfect stay, right down to some fresh milk to ensure a cup of tea or coffee on arrival would not be lacking. This was the perfect country escape within sumptuous garden surroundings and vistas. All within a short drive or walk to some fabulous pubs, and the pretty towns of Battle and Rye. I wish we could have stayed longer…

Spacious barn with pool ideal for exploring Kent

FrancescaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Thank you for an absolutely lovely stay, we just had an impromptu night away with our children, and Diana's place was perfect. The barn was beautiful and ahad a lovely cosy, homely vibe. The pool was fantastic, my son absolutely loved it. We greatly appreciated all the essentials left for us in the kitchen. Diana and her husband were both lovely and there was plenty of information about the local area. Easy to find and lots to do locally, spotlessly clean and relaxed check in and late check out we're really helpful. We'd love to come back again!!

Converted 2 bedroom barn nestled in the quiet countryside

MuhammadRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed at Gabrielle's converted barn a few weeks ago and in a word... amazing. The venue was immaculate and perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the cottage and utilised the field one of the evenings. Gabrielle's husband (never got his name!) was helpful and gave directions to some places in the locality as well as being very happy to show us the field connecting to the garden. A small mention of their kids who were fantastically mannered! If there was one complaint... it would be that this venue is undersold! The green space and reservoirs are beautiful. It's truly a gem and we will be hoping to stay again soon!!!

We had a great stay at Sally's cottage in Sissinghurst, and it was perfect for us and our dog to stay for a long weekend. We enjoyed the use of the BBQ and outdoor area, which was one of the main reasons we booked. Really close to some good walks and beautiful countryside, both on foot or a short drive away.

The Flint Barn at Quex Park Estate

TracyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had the best experience ever with our night away and I can’t thank Alex and his father enough. On arrival we were taken to the barn by a lovely lady who took us around and explained everything to us. Nothing was too much trouble. The barn itself was fabulous there were 5 of us so lots of room. The hot tub was lovely and warm - we sat outside until around 10pm before returning to our beautiful bedrooms. We were able to bring our little cockapoo so went for a fabulous walk across some stunning fields. We also took advantage of booking breakfast the following morning and it was fabulous. Couldn’t fault a single thing - thank you so much Alex and team šŸ™ I cannot fault a single thing and we will definitely be returning.

Cuckoo Barn - perfect cosy getaway

MahdiRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My wife and I stayed for a few nights as a peaceful getaway, and the property was amazing and perfect. Roz was very proactive in sending us instructions prior to our visit, and was very responsive to any questions or queries we had. She is based on-site and so was easily contactable when we needed. She is a very flexible and accommodating host who resolved any questions or issues we ran into during our stay (including running out of tea!), and directed us to nice places to eat. The property is a quaint cottage-like place that is super cosy and has all the amenities we needed, including a space to park right outside. The place was very clean and organised, and had a really nice atmosphere especially when the sun was shining. The dogs Coco and Molly were also so friendly and adorable! Molly came round one evening for a pets and scratches session. Highly recommended and will definitely be trying to come back again.

No.1 - Little Eaton - By the Sea! FREE Parking

HowardRating, 5 starstoday
Charming little air bnb in an amazing location. Under 5 mins from beautiful Margate beach, but on a quiet side street. The property is a cosy, little 2 bed house. Homely and uncluttered. Even has a little, covered courtyard style garden for chillin' (and drying wet swimming trunks). The hosts, Zack & Georgia, were friendly, super helpful and polite. They always replied very quickly and you got the feeling nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The house even has free parking adjacent to the property. Which is super helpful, as anyone travelling with young children knows you tend to pack half the house. We'd def stay in this little gem of a find again and would highly recommend. Thank you Zack & Georgia.
