We were a family party of 7 who meet up the same time each year. This accommodation was just perfect - literally had anything you need. We were lucky with the weather and managed to have 2 BBQ in the lovely garden. Would definitely stay here again

Loft style Margate house - nr old town & beach

AlanaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
I absolutely loved staying here for 2 weeks, with my dogs. The property is beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The location was amazing for all the shops, restaurants/bars and the beach! Tucked away from the main street, it was peaceful and private. Steward was great. Really helpful and friendly, and was easy to get hold of. I’d love to stay here again another time. Thanks ☺️

The Ivy:Detached spacious house in Ashford/Hot Tub

CatherineRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

What a lovely place! I travel frequently for work and this is one of the nicest homes I’ve stayed in. So much nicer than staying in a hotel. Beautifully decorated, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Big thanks to my lovely host Rob who was super helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely return.

16th Century Manor Two hot tubs to star gaze

KatieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My family and I had a great stay at Martin’s house. Martin’s neighbour let us in and was very welcoming. And it was absolutely spotless, with had thoughtful touches like extra towels for the hot-tub and milk in the fridge. We enjoyed going to the nearby Roman ruins, the beach and wildlife park. The house is not baby-proof, so you’ll have to spend some time moving delicate items if you have small children.

Sandy Feet Cottage is a hidden gem situated in the heart of the beautiful coastal town of Broadstairs. I was there for a long stay and needed to extend due to work that was taking place at my home and the host Sally was very accommodating and i highly recommend her Air BnB for anyone that is looking for a coastal escape.

Cosy Countryside views/Woodburner/Dog friendly

GemmaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was pristine and homely with everything we could need. Sarah and Mark have clearly put a lot of thought into the layout and furnishings etc so it's easy to settle in right away. The secure garden was perfect for our dog while enjoying the views, and the location was great for exploring the area - quiet enough but within easy reach of local amenities attractions. Our children were even able to visit the sheep and collect some eggs from the chickens for themselves (and were most impressed with a huge double-yolker!!) :) Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to return in the future.

Ticehurst Home with a view

Johan Och LisaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A very nice house that had all we needed for a lovely stay. We really appreciated the garden and the possibility to have breakfast outside listening to birds and watching a pheasant in the fields outside the hedge. Very nice surroundings, with lots to see. We particularly enjoyed Great Dixter and Pashley Manor with all tulips. Jennifer was a very helpful host who had great advice on what to do and where to eat. We thoroughly recommend this place!

Cottage with a view.

Fiona Rating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had the most amazing stay. The cottage was immaculate with so many thoughtful additional touches. The surroundings were peaceful with views to die for and Jo’s gardens were very pretty! The wildlife was amazing and we saw badgers and foxes up close! We only stayed for two nights while we were visiting Port Lymphe and the location was ideal… We highly recommend Jo and her cottage, we wish we could have stayed longer and we would love to return! Thank you so much!

Thatched Cottage Kent hideaway 3 Bed HotTub Haven!

OlgaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What a beautiful cottage! Exactly like on the photos, very charming. Surroundings are stunning, hot tub was a treat. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The conservatory was great to just sit and play board games and have lovely meals, was nice and warm and toastie in there and the views!! Pauline’s communication and response times were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. All I would suggest, if possible is perhaps to think of some sort of covers/shelter from the cold/wind by the hot tub. It was very windy and we still wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it got very cold whilst inside. Some sort of coverings will work a treat. Pauline suggested some great pubs and things to do in the area. All and all my friends and I had a lovely stay. Thanks Pauline!

Contemporary Cottage near the Beach

ClareRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a great stay and accommodation exceeded expectations. Better than pictures on site as new table and benches since photos were taken. Very clean and the addition of down stairs toilet was a bonus as I walk with a stick and didn’t know this was there. Stairs are not as steep as some either which is great. Perfect quiet location. Would highly recommend and would like to stay again.

Suite in Centre: En-suite, sleeps 2

JennyRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Excellent location, very quiet at night and just steps from train station and main walking street. Brand new bathroom and apartment. Comfortable bed. Stairs are steep and tricky, but that’s only for luggage on arrival and departure. Didn’t cause a problem otherwise. Would stay again.

The Bedford Inn, Room 2

GeorgiaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Good location Enjoyed an evening out at local bar and restaurant then returned to accommodation for a few drinks. I could hear the sound of the pub beneath the room but I was able to fall asleep. It closed at 1am. The check in was quick and easy, we were spotted with our bags and the bar staff immediately responded and took us to our room. The room was big and spacious.

Boutique Super King / Twin Room by Sea

TainaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Perfect place to stay in Margate and to go see a gig at Dreamland. The room, showers and communal spaces were very clean, cosy, quiet and spacious. Had a great stay also in terms of ease of access and privacy for the price when you just need a good room and don't mind shared facilities when they're really nice, green and zen. Would definitely stay again if visiting Margate.

No. 3 The Hugo - Luxury Double Room Canterbury

FragkiskosRating, 5 stars10 months ago
I was visiting friends and needed somewhere to stay centrally. Ben's place is ideally located in the city centre, close to Canterbury West station and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. The room was nice and clean, checking in very easy and the nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules a big plus. Bathroom was large with a new shower and all necessary amenities. Would definitely revisit!

Sunset Room (en suite) Margate Main Sands

MarkRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great location you couldn't be closer to the beach and between the old town and newer parts. Plenty of bars, pubs and restaurants within easy walking. The b&b is quiet enough and has everything you may need. I particularly liked the big plants in the room, the sunset views over the sea and the access to TV streaming which was a bonus ( and a small fridge just big enough for a couple of beers🙂

Belvidere Place Room 5

DavidRating, 5 stars44 months ago
Wow. What a great experience. First of all, Peter is a great host. He greeted us personally and made sure we felt very at home with a welcome glass of wine in the lounge area. The room was fantastic, facing east so we had some amazing morning sunshine in the room. Everything is modern and top quality and the whole experience was utterly relaxing. On top of that, the breakfasts each morning were out of this world and we were able to enjoy them in the courtyard which added to the experience. We'll be going back for sure.
