Located on the top floor of the Villa "La Marée", on a lively street, you will be charmed by its exceptional location just a short walk from the beach and close to amenities (restaurants, tobacco, etc.) With a surface area of 18 m2, you will find a 160 x 200 bed, shower and sink, all renovated in 2024 with a refined and elegant decor. It has a magnificent sea view, allowing you to admire the Boulogne lighthouse on one side and the Côte d'Opale and the English cliffs on the other if the weather is mild. Access to the beach is directly at the foot of the apartment, with the children's pool just opposite.
