Very cool renovated duplex with exposed brick and everything you need. Walkable to downtown and the rest of midtown. I enjoyed my morning walks and being surrounded by many historical buildings

The Big Cheese was a Big Score! The location is hands down the best Airbnb we have stayed in Detroit. So close to everything but you feel like you are in a little community vs the city streets. Hayden was very quick to respond, place was great for us and had all we needed. Will return again

Ebrahim's lodge was peaceful, private and cozy. loved that we could bbq and swing on his bench swing and enjoy the trees and birds. Had all the essentials and AC worked fabulous which was appreciated being in a heatwave. Smart TV a plus and also I love when there is a bath Tub. Ebrahim showed hospitality above and beyond the usual. Would totally stay again and would recommend this property. Thank you from our Family to yours❤

Where to begin! I LOVED, this place! Jeffrey is thee best host ever! The bathroom is to die for! The area is beautiful, walkable and vibrant. Detroit is making a huge comeback and Jeffrey’s place is right on the pulse. I booked for two more days than originally scheduled as I couldn’t bring myself to leave. I throughly enjoyed myself . The garage was such a luxury! It was thundering ,, and just pouring rain and I was able to pack my car up without getting wet. I was only passing thru from Florida to Northern Michigan so I wasn’t in town for any events but this is the perfect spot if you are. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby. I’ve now decided to put my bed on the floor at home. I am short and it was perfect for me! La Palma restaurant (meditarrean) is right up on John R and was delicious. There’s so much to do! Definitely take a walk by the Ransom Gillis house. . Host was incredibly knowledgeable on the area and so very helpful. I will be back!!

Cute and charming home! Everything was perfect and the beds were so comfortable. Everything was so clean and the home was very peaceful, bonus was the big fenced backyard as we had our dogs with us so that was really nice to have

This airbnb is top notch. So comfortable. So close to everything and yet tucked away, private and practically a nature reserve. My pup and I enjoyed mornings lounging by the river, walks on all the nearby trails, the fire pit. There are all kinds of birds including blue herons in the area…we had the most surreal encounter with a fawn on one of our walks. Truly magical place. Home is very comfortable. Hosts are next door and very helpful/responsive and also respectful of privacy. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable. As described. Quiet.

Our whole family agreed that this was a favorite rental that had something for everyone. The house was exactly as described and we enjoyed everything about our stay. There were just a couple of minor things that we needed to reach out to Lindsey and Dylan with and they were incredibly responsive. The house was perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We definitely took advantage of the pool and basically lived in the screened-in porch for most of our stay. It was also super-drivable and we were able to explore the National Park, take the ferry for a day-trip to Pelee Island, and try a few wineries. It was definitely a 5-star experience.

Home was IMMACULATE and Ferndale was a gem! Such a cute small town with so much to do! Pool was perfect and nice to have it heated. This is the safest and friendliest city neighborhood I have ever stayed in! So quiet and chill. Def hit rust belt market while there! Host was so sweet and responsive and home is well outfitted with super comfy beds and several TVs and hanging out areas.

We had an amazing staycation at Rancy’s place! We loved the pool outside, and had fun playing pool inside. The place had everything we needed and more. The hosts were very nice.

My stay was great, I was able to get in easily. Everything was as described. I chose this stay for the yard which is a great size for my dog who is use to apartment life. I chose to only use the downstairs of the home for accessibility. Close to the highway/expressway, we were able to get to Comerica Park and Ford Field in under 30 minutes with traffic. I’m hoping to be back in the Detroit area soon and I’m hoping I can book with Jessica again.

Perfect place for a short stay. The unit was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. AC worked great for balmy Detroit summer days. Closest bar/restaurant is about a mile walk away, a quick walk or scooter (go to McShane’s and get the wings!). Only slight quibble is - hope you don’t get a family with young kids staying in the unit upstairs cos their morning stomping comes right through the ceiling. Jaclyn tried her level best to rectify but kids are gonna be kids, whaddyagonnado?

Wonderful stay in this space! Everything was exactly as described, and the water views from the bedrooms were lovely. Bright, open, and inviting space. Well stocked kitchen and linens. Loved the kayaks, and the fire pit - so nice that dry firewood was included. We don’t make use of the game room, as the weather was perfect for relaxing outside, but it looks like a lot of fun! Very clear instructions, and friendly and responsive hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at this lovely home. Great neighborhood and wonderful backyard! The house was very clean and just as describing. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Great place all around!

Great convenient location in Detroit. Very nice space and accommodating/ communicative host. Lovely updated bathroom and kitchen with all the necessities. Bed is memory foam style, which is not my preference but I know it is some people’s. The yard and space was great for dogs! Truly pet friendly while being clean. Would recommend!

Ish was a great host and the house in Madison Heights was the perfect home base for us as we explored Detroit. It was super cozy for us to come back to and the sun room+backyard was a great setting to hang around the house as we enjoyed the start of summer. Would recommend and hope to be back!

Rented this place to attend a concert at ford field. For a short trip, it did the job! Very easy to find, get in, and super clean. The location is a bit sketch at times but not far from downtown at all :)

sierra was an amazing host , sweet & understanding 10/10 host. & she’s fast responding the apartment was nice & clean if your looking for a nice affordable apartment with an understanding and really nice host sierra is a great choice!
