Monthly Rentals in Albuquerque

I can't remember if the description included that this location is upstairs, but if not it needs to. the stairs are fairly step and though we had no problem, someone with a bad knee or any physical impairment would struggle. Just a fyi, but the place is very cute. thank you for being so great at such last minute request

Great little studio. I highly appreciated the provided Brita Filter in the fridge and the extra heater for colder evenings. Everything was clean, organized, and the bed was comfortable! The house address was a little difficult to see at night but other then that it was easy to find and get to! Parking is a little tight but I didn't have any issues and I think any less confident parkers can park on the street. i was in and out all weekend for wedding events so this was exactly what I needed, a place to shower and sleep. Surreal! This place is on a horse property near the mountains. It snowed while we were there and the horses playing with the white capped mountains under a starry sky?! OMG We made a fire and ate s’mores- that’s not just an advertisement! Barbara added a sink and small stove to an already well planned place.

Honestly, I was initially worried that I had booked a place 15 minutes away from Albuquerque proper. However, I discovered that the South Valley was my favorite area and ended up extending my stay! There were a number of beautiful spaces to walk my dog, including Durand Open Space and the Norbertine Community labyrinth. My dog and I also explored other neighborhood parks a little northwest. Additionally, Jose's neighborhood is very tranquil and walkable with polite neighbors and at least one park. I frequently utilized Planet Fitness, Walmart, and Mesquita Market, which are all within a five-minute drive. There is no shortage of yummy restaurants within 5-10 minutes. I have a car, but it's worth reiterating the listing: the city bus stops close by. Finally, Jose is very attentive and polite, but he also gives you absolute privacy.
