Great place to stay and a lot of things to do in the area, as well as the host being very flexible and communicative.

Everything was as expected. Beautiful home, great neighborhood, clear communication. We would stay here again.

We loved this place! It was very loud at night (all night), but that might just be a Gainesville thing. Overall, the place is clean and beautiful. the bed is also bery comfortable. Came to see our daughter and will for sure stay there again.

We enjoyed the stay at Lisa’s. It was peaceful and quiet. Anything needed was there and if not she would help out in anyway she could. Needed something fixed, which never happened, her husband was an excellent service person. Lol. I’m saying this because he is my wife’s cousin and we surprised them an rented the cabin without them realizing it was us. I might b a little partial in writing this but truly if you want to relax and get away from all the rushing around then this is the place to be. Thank you Lisa and Randy for a great time. Can’t wait til next time. The river is beautiful.

Very cute little home. Loved the little dog bowls for your pup! We split this with another family during a baseball tournament we had in newberry and we walked into cold waters in the fridge and snacks on the counter! The kids lived that. Loved that there were a ton of extra sleeping blankets and cots! The area had everything around as well!

Sweetwater Studio is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. From the views of the horse training fields and the gorgeous landscapes, to the quiet, peaceful environment, this studio apartment couldn't be any nicer. I've stayed in many different places, and this is one of the nicest Airbnbs I have ever rented. The studio apartment is on the second floor of a two-apartment building on a large piece of land. The first-floor apartment is also lovely, with one bedroom, a living and kitchen area, and a spacious bathroom. It's very private and calm, and you feel like you're truly in the countryside. The hosts are wonderful, responsive, kind, and friendly. I couldn't have had a better experience!

This was the third time we stayed at this cute cottage, the second under Shawn’s ownership. Loved the upgrades to the outdoor backyard space. A very quiet neighborhood and close to some great restaurants. Shawn was very helpful and responsive. Looking forward to staying there again next year!
