I would like to introduce you to the cuisine of my country and my region, the cuisine of my grandmothers. We will start the day by going to the Aix-en-Provence market to choose the vegetables for a typical Provencal aperitif and a real ratatouille for example, or a simmered dish. Then we will cook in my apartment, right in the city center, while exchanging different techniques and anecdotes.  You will learn how to cook these typical recipes from start to finish. We will then taste the dishes made in conviviality accompanied by local drinks chosen by me. The dishes offered vary according to the seasons and the availability of products, so that they are as fresh and tasty as possible. Do not hesitate to let me know your preferences a few days before so that I can adapt the recipes. You can take some of your achievements as a souvenir. I will be happy to adapt the menus so that you have the best time possible. The preparation time may vary but I will adapt to your constraints as best as possible

I suggest you discover, by sea kayaking, the creeks of the Côte Bleue from Estaque in Marseille, heading in the direction of Carry-le-Rouet. On the program, full of anecdotes and good humor. For a half-day excursion allow 3 hours of total time. It is an experience for all. Provide a swimsuit for a swim in the crystal clear waters of the cove where we stop for the break. Course of your day: - Reception in the premises of Thalassanté in l'Estaque. - Formalities & Briefing (explanations of safety rules, presentation of the navigation area and the route, weather forecast) - Distribution of personal equipment (kayak, life jacket, paddle, waterproof bag) - Launch, let the adventure begin! All our boats are equipped with a jute bag if you want to collect floating waste. All our equipment is new (2021). In case of unfavorable weather, for you safety, tour will be canceled. Discover the amazing scenery and mountain trails of Sainte Victoire Mountain with an electric mountain bike. The 3 hour tour will take you to unexpected trails up and down the mountain. The electric mountain bike makes it easy to ride up steep hills and explore the mountain. The 3 hours morning or afternoon tours start in Aix-en-Provence. I will meet you and set you up with an electric mountain bike. The first few kilometres are on the road to the mountain so that you can get accustomed to the electric bike before you start the climb up the hill. We will stop at various points to appreciate the magnificence of the mountain and to take videos, photos and have a snack. We go to various viewpoints such Zola Dam, Bimont Dam and others. An E-Bike is a great way to explore the trail for people of all ages and riding capabilities and enables you to ride to areas you never thought possible. There are different trails to ride depending on the skill level of the group. We return and finish at the starting point in Aix. THIS IS A DISCONNECTED EXPERIENCE. Smartphones are turned off at boarding. You will embark on a 12-meter catamaran with François, a pro skipper, and quickly go underway, sails only, no engines, to experience the poetry of gliding on the water in silence. Help welcome ! Only if you wish, you can participate in boat manoeuvres and learn how a sailboat works and is safe. After a 1.5-hour, the boat will anchor in a calanque in the Frioul archipelago or the Côte Bleue, depending on the wind direction on that day. You will then be able share a drink, have a bath, paddleboard riding or just chill out. Note: It is a unique experience on a beautiful boat, in a warm atmosphere and an extraordinary landscape. Under the shade of the sails, in silence, your ability to marvel at the beauty of the sea will make a difference. François will do his best to make this to happen and it usually works wonderfully ! The sea makes us happy, allows to meet ourselves and the others. We will be back at Port de l'Estaque.

We will do a tour of the marché Richelme and the marché des Prêcheurs. These farmers marchés (market) are the best ones in Aix en Provence. Take a tour of a Provençal truffle plantation, learn how truffles are cultivated and truffle dogs are trained, and go on a hunt for France's elusive "black gold" with professional hunters who know all the tricks of the trade.  Tours are followed up with fresh truffle hors d'oeuvres, Champagne and a tasting of our organic olive and truffle oil, truffle salt, truffle honey with truffle ice cream. Join me for a traditional Provençal cooking class at my XVII century family farmhouse. We will meet at my house at 10am. I will introduce you to this family place and talk about the history of this Mas (old farm in Provençal language) and the history of the region. Together, we will then prepare a four course meal (starter - main course - cheese - desert ) using seasonal and local ingredients. Some of them will come directly from our garden. During the class you will taste our Olive oil, homemade jams and of course local wines paired with the menu. Lunch will be prepared in my personal kitchen and will be served on a terrasse shaded by oak trees overlooking our Olive trees. We only use local and seasonal produce so the recipes will change with the seasons. Alongside Provençal recipes we also teach fusion inspired cooking, creating dishes that are inspired by local produce and spices from around the world. We will finish the class and lunch around 3pm. The farmhouse is located 45 mins from Aix en Provence and 50mins from Avignon, 45 mins from Saint Rémy de Provence, 10 minutes from the beautiful village of Lourmarin. We will be walking in the old town of Aix, most of which has not changed for over 400 years. In our 2 hours together we will travel from Roman times to the present, Aix has a colourful history. We will also see and stop at some of my favourite markets , bars and ice cream shops ! We will start at the Rotonde, the symbol of our city .Stroll the famous Cours Mirabeau boulevard and discover the stories behind the grand doors.Next we enter the Mazarin Quarter , it remains an elegant place to live, beautiful mansions and still the site of the school where Cezanne and Zola became life long friends . Wind up through the lanes of the old medieval city, past fancy shops, daily food and flower markets to the Cathedral dating from the 5th Century. Other things to note. Discounts for 2 or more and Children Under 13 Free ! Parking in Aix on the street is possible but the Car Parks are not expensive and all are within 10 minutes walk of wherever you want to go. I will teach them about the traditionally provencal game of pétanque and how to play it. They will learn the basics of the game and experience a true pasttime of southern France. Refreshments will be served.

Discover the city through a treasure hunt in Aix en Provence. You will learn about Aix en Provence by following clues that lead you to the treasure. You will see: - Historic monuments - Paul Cézanne & Emile Zola sites - Fountains - French garden - Medieval churches - Medieval vestiges You will receive clues and be accompanied along the route. At the end you will receive a Provencal treasure, like calissons for example.

Join me on a photographic tour on the Sainte Victoire Surrounded by the colorful fields, and a good sun, I will guide you to my favorites photo spots and show some hidden places where take great photos and enjoy the nature. We will start on the famous Moulin de Cezanne for a iconic view of the Sainte Victoire, we will continue for a mindful pause near a nice waterfall to play with some long exposure shoots and macro. We will have fun with some landscape photography on a hidden red rocks area that will make us feel in Colorado, and come back to France with a visit of a wine domain where if you want we can taste the local wine. We will end the tour with some panoramic stops and come back in Aix. There is no need to own a reflex , your smartphone will be a great tool to learn my best photographic techniques.

Depuis la route Cezanne au Tholonet, balade au départ du Parc Départemental des Roques Hautes jusqu'au plateau de Bibémus. Ressentez sa puissance géologique et son énergie rocailleuse comme le disait si bien Cezanne. Une fois sur le plateau, venez voir le bastidon de Cezanne au cœur des Carrières de Bibémus. Retour par les balcons naturels avec vue sur la Sainte-Victoire et le barrage de Bimont.
