You will embark on a 12-meter catamaran with François, a pro skipper, and quickly go underway, sails only, no engines, to experience the poetry of gliding on the water in silence. Help welcome ! Only if you wish, you can participate in boat manoeuvres and learn how a sailboat works and is safe. After a 1.5-hour, the boat will anchor in a calanque in the Frioul archipelago or the Côte Bleue, depending on the wind direction on that day. You will then be able share a drink, have a bath, paddleboard riding or just chill out. Note: It is a unique experience on a beautiful boat, in a warm atmosphere and an extraordinary landscape. Under the shade of the sails, in silence, your ability to marvel at the beauty of the sea will make a difference. François will do his best to make this to happen and it usually works wonderfully ! The sea makes us happy, allows to meet ourselves and the others. We will be back at Port de l'Estaque.

We will start about a wine tour of the winery, around 30 minutes, in which we will explain the different process of wine-making of our products. We will go then to wine tasting, in which we will taste our Vin de Pays du Caume & Bandol Wines (Rosé, Red & White wines). 3 Vin de Pays & 3 Bandol Wines will be tasted.

Join me for a traditional Provençal cooking class at my XVII century family farmhouse. We will meet at my house at 10am. I will introduce you to this family place and talk about the history of this Mas (old farm in Provençal language) and the history of the region. Together, we will then prepare a four course meal (starter - main course - cheese - desert ) using seasonal and local ingredients. Some of them will come directly from our garden. During the class you will taste our Olive oil, homemade jams and of course local wines paired with the menu. Lunch will be prepared in my personal kitchen and will be served on a terrasse shaded by oak trees overlooking our Olive trees. We only use local and seasonal produce so the recipes will change with the seasons. Alongside Provençal recipes we also teach fusion inspired cooking, creating dishes that are inspired by local produce and spices from around the world. We will finish the class and lunch around 3pm. The farmhouse is located 45 mins from Aix en Provence and 50mins from Avignon, 45 mins from Saint Rémy de Provence, 10 minutes from the beautiful village of Lourmarin. Other things to note Please let me know in advance if you have any kind of allergies of dietery requirements. Keep in mind that this is an old building with many stairs.

Welcome at « SUD KAYAK » ! We suggest you discover, by sea kayak, the Blue Coast calanques from Estaque in Marseille and heading towards Carry-le-Rouet. On the agenda, a beautiful sports walk on the water and good humor! This is an experience for everyone, a 3h half day tour with 2h15 on the water. Provide a swimsuit for a swim in the crystal clear waters of the Calanque where we stop for the break. The morning tour is advisable for beginners, the sea is quieter. How your day will work: - Welcome to the launch of the Estaque. - Formalities & Briefing (explanation of safety rules, presentation of the navigation area and route, weather point) - Personnel equipment (kayaking, vest, paddle, waterproof bag) - Launching, may the adventure begin! You can ask us for a small garbage storage bag so you can pick up potential floating trash. Our supplies are recent (2022-2024). In case of bad weather conditions, the activity may present a risk, for your safety the excursion will therefore be canceled. We will do a tour of the marché Richelme and the marché des Prêcheurs. These farmers marchés (market) are the best ones in Aix en Provence. For this workshop, I open the doors of my kitchen and my world to you.... Welcome to my home! Here, the key words are: deliciousness, sharing and generosity! When you arrive, we'll get to know each other over a cup of tea and a delicacy I've prepared especially for you. Then it's off to the cooking workshop, for which I'll provide you with all the necessary equipment, including a chef's apron. Together, we'll prepare a typically French dish and dessert, using seasonal produce from our beautiful Provence. During this workshop, we'll discover different cooking techniques, and I'll give you tips and well-kept secrets from our grandmothers. Our experience will end around the dining table, where we'll taste together the dishes we've made during the workshop. See you soon

If you have any questions, let me know! -- The proposed hike is a 6 km crossing of 3 Calanques that looks like Mediterranean fjords : Port-Miou, Port-Pin, and one of the most famous En-Vau. From Cassis you will start by exploring the Calanque of Port-Miou. Along 1400 m, it houses a marina and contains a rich heritage: former operating place of a limestone quarry, underground river... all of which will be brought to your attention. Always along the coast, you will continue to reach the Calanque of Port-Pin, marks the entrance to the Marseille territory! This winding calanque is home to a pretty pebble cove with turquoise waters... where you can, if you like, taste the freshness of its waters during a break of 30 minutes This is where we will start to reach a little altitude, which will take you gradually up to 90 m above sea level, to the En-Vau lookout point, revealing its beach below, buried between the high cliffs... Whow !

We will start the adventure by discovering the tasting techniques (sensory analysis: visual, olfactive, tasteful), grape varieties, wine making, the aromas of wine, as well as the history and much more... Afterwards, we will guide you through a tasting of 5 French wines accompanied by five French cheeses. Taste the sun, the aromas, the winemaker's know-how, while listening to the history of artisans and the Mediterranean land. Finally, ask us about the wine, Mediterranean cuisine, our favorite restaurants and all the must-see food and cultural experiences in the area. Vous embarquerez sur un catamaran de 12 m avec François et prendrez la mer pour une navigation sous voile, moteurs éteints, pour goûter à la poésie de glisser sur l'eau en silence. Vous pourrez si vous le souhaitez, barrer, participer aux manoeuvres et apprendre le fonctionnement d'un bateau à voiles et sa sécurité. Après 1h30 environ de route, le bateau mouillera l'ancre dans une calanque de l'archipel du Frioul en fonction de la direction du vent ce jour-là et de la tranquillité du mouillage. Nous partagerons un verre et pourquoi pas… un bain de mer. Vous pourrez pratiquer le paddle ou le farniente. Note : Ce n’est pas une visite de lieux précis mais une navigation sous voile où la contemplation, le lâcher prise et l’écoute sont privilégiées. C'est une expérience unique sur un magnifique bateau, dans une ambiance chaleureuse et un cadre extraordinaire. À l'ombre des voiles et en silence, votre disposition à vous émerveiller de la beauté de la mer et des paysages, de la rencontre des gens à bord, fera la différence. Le skipper pro fera tout pour que ce soit réussi et ça fonctionne en général à merveille ! La mer rend heureux, permet de se rencontrer soi-même et les autres. Take a tour of a Provençal truffle plantation, learn how truffles are cultivated and truffle dogs are trained, and go on a hunt for France's elusive "black gold" with professional hunters who know all the tricks of the trade.  Tours are followed up with fresh truffle hors d'oeuvres, Champagne and a tasting of our organic olive and truffle oil, truffle salt, truffle honey with truffle ice cream. Other things to note Our clients either bring their own car, rent a car or hire a chauffeur/driver to come to our property. We don't have public transportation to our place. Uber & taxi are not available to drive you back.

I offer you a private photo session in the heart of Provence, with the famous Lavender plateau in Valensole as a backdrop. In the middle of the lavender fields, under my lens you will experience a unique visual and olfactory experience in a sumptuous setting. For 45 minutes, I guide you throughout the session, to capture your most beautiful moments in a spontaneous atmosphere, whether you are alone, in a duo, with family or friends. This private experience takes place in a preserved area with for ethics the respect of the lavender and its environment. Experience available from mid-June to early August during the flowering period. Other availability on request.

- Go to Saint Charles station because it is by train that we will reach the coves of the blue coast through tunnels and viaducts. - We reach the small port of Ensues la Redonne at the start of the customs path which we cover to reach the beach of Figuiére and its almost perfect cove. Swimming in blue waters. - We continue towards the double cove of Mejean and its micro village. - This is where the wild coast begins with its cliffs and superb marine reefs. We arrive at the cove of Everine facing the island of the same name. The place is ideal for mask and snorkelling, among the most beautiful seabed in the region. - Finally it is the Jonquier cove and its turquoise waters to arrive at the small port of Niolon clinging to the cliff, perfect place for a refreshment before taking our little train back to its improbable station. Other things to note It is better to know how to swim, take enough water! Otherwise the ride does not require special skills, the cumulative elevation positive / negative is around 350 meters more a long ride than a hike. Fans of organic green clay baths with sea salt will be delighted!

L'Olivier d'Aur propose de vous immerger dans la Vie d'une ruche. Abeilles, faux bourdons, Reine, propolis ...venez vous imbiber de cette atmosphère sacrée en ouvrant une ruche et observant ses résidentes et résidents. La visite sera suivi d'une dégustation de miel ne vous faites pas avoir ...si l'envie vous prend d'acheter du miel, pas de CB! chèque ou espèce merci bzzz bzzzz De mi octobre à début avril il fait trop froid pour ouvrir les ruches , en revanche l'explication de la population de la ruche, son activité, ce qu'est la pollinisation et .....la dégustation de miel a lieu . La visite pourra être annulée si il y a moins de 3 personnes le jour choisi
