Beautiful. The apartment is much nicer than the pictures. The room is like a luxury hotel, everything is very nice. No noise and pleasant temperature. The utensils and appliances are of a very good quality. It has everything a family needs for. It has a beautiful courtyard that allowed me to work with tranquility. The guys loved it too. Patrizia is an excellent host. Very attentive. I'll give us bikes to get around the city and its beautiful beaches. I also want a more small bike for my son . The bathroom is spotless. The kitchen is very complete, up toaster. Patrizia had a lot of patience explaining how to use each appliance and with the explanation of the differentiated collection. Patrizia went to pick us up at the flixbus stop and I also took us when we left the apartment. I think anyone staying with Patrizia is going to have excellent service. Just thanks for having a great stay.

This place had a breathtaking view and is very spacious with 4 terraces. The photos really don't do justice, but it actually is a two-story penthouse on the top of an apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom in the first floor and two bedrooms, another bathroom, and a family room in the second. Luigi was very responsive and kind. The neighborhood is quiet and a nearby restaurant (Ristorante La Locanda del Conte) served amazing Norcina pasta and arrosticini, highly recommended. The scenery is so beautiful that we regretted not booking the place for multiple nights. Just one note, there is a rude neighbor in the apartment, but he apparently is rude to everybody, so don't feel too hurt. And there is no wifi in the house, so be aware of that!

A wonderful apartment in an antique and lovingly renovated building . The apartment is very cozyly furnished and you feel right at home. As someone who has known the area for years, I can say that this is the perfect place if you are looking for a nice place to stay between the sea and the mountains. The location is ideal, and the surrounding area has a lot to offer. The communication with Teresa was great too. She is a very thoughtful and kind host who was always willing to answer questions and give helpful tips.

I've been using the Airbnb platform for many years, I've been to many places, and I can say that this is one of the most thoughtful details I've seen. From the towels rolled up as in a spa, to the bathroom stocked with products, everything was super clean. There were even teas and brioche. I have to say that the apartment has everything you need to spend a holiday in peace. We often had lunch on the balcony, where you could enjoy the view as if we were in a restaurant in the area. The location is very central, full of bars and restaurants, and the city is very nice, clearly attentive to tourism. Just minutes from the beach and train station, it's really well connected. Rossella responds to messages promptly. I highly recommend this place, you can book without hesitation.
