Vacation rentals with beach access in Zrće Beach

Slawa is a great host, easy to comunicate with and responds very fast. The apartman was clean and had everything you need for a comfy stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The apartmant is perfect for someone who wants lots of privacy and a break from the crowds.

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. Step right outside on to the beach, tons of bars and restaurants right within walking distance. Also a short 20 minute walk to Zrce beach. Only negative was finding the place. There was no exact address in the listing and the directions given are inaccurate. Look for a restaurant Konoba Mig and walk directly down in front of the restaurant to find the place.

We followed Ivana’s advice for a restaurant and did not regret it. Well situated we would come again. Thanks!!!

Emilijana is a great host, and the apartment is perfectly located right at the water front. If you seek quiet and relaxation, this is a perfect place to be!

What a wonderful house! Well-equipped, great layout and incomparable location. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries and supermarket in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.

Our stay in the villa was completely successful. The accommodation is superbly equipped and left nothing to be desired – especially the large, beautiful pool was a real highlight for us. The villa is tastefully decorated and very well maintained, so we felt comfortable from the first moment. A big praise also goes to the hosts: They were extremely friendly, always available. The location of the accommodation is ideal – a fantastic beach is within a few minutes' walk. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place!

The apartment is basic but complete, we had a good time with two adults and 3 children (one 1 year old). The only thing missing are mosquito nets, otherwise it's perfect. The beach near the house makes up for the bites...

Charming, clean, stylish, well equipped house with lots of character and breathtaking views. We had a delightful 6 night stay. She surprised us with a home made goodies. Unlike in other houses that we experienced in Croatia, we found everything we needed, from all kitchen equipment including sponges, hand soap, salt, pepper, some extra spices, dishwasher tablets and perfectly working A/C. We used a BBG, which also had wood and utensils. The terrace is great but the heated pool was and a swing was an absolute hit for our 5 year old. The beaches were about 500-700m away, I loved the hills for my morning runs. There are few ok restaurants not far from the house. If/ when we come to Zubovići again, this is where we will choose to go !

A true paradise 🤩. We stay here for 6 nights. Perfect spot near all you can do on the island. Peacefull, comfortable, amazing garden, 2 steps away from the sea! Our family enjoyed our visit to Pag Island. Beata's place was very modern and comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed the proximity of activities in the town of Pag but peacefulness of the location away from town.

The house was simply mega class, you enjoy the tranquility and the sea is less than 100 meters away. We felt very comfortable in the house and the decor was great and we had the beach and the sea all to ourselves. Definitely a recommendation if you want a nice quiet holiday but also want to be in the city (Novalja 5 minutes away). Last but not least, Berislav and his father were totally sweet and you can just notice the attention to detail in the house and also the property. We would rent this place again anytime!!!!

Davorka and her husband were very sweet and always offered us their help with activities or if we needed anything. The house corresponded to the pictures and was in top condition. It was all very neat and clean. The surroundings and the beach were also a dream.

Everything is very high, the apartment is as decorated as I like, spacious, without unnecessary things, closets where all the clothes can fit and do not need to be kept in suitcases, a large terrace where we had breakfast and a VERY comfortable mattress. A quiet place, and 10 minutes further a bustling center. We think it was a great stay at Ingo's place. Thank you again for the opportunity to spend your vacation in your apartment

Very nice apartment and close to the village with a beautiful view

Comucative, welcoming host. The apartment was clean, the amenities matched the description and photos. Vesna allowed us to check in earlier than stated on the itinerary after communication. She personally greeted us, guided us through the accommodation. She surprised us with snacks in the fridge and fresh scones. Very caring and helpful throughout the stay. An apartment in a location for people who are looking for a quiet vacation. Pebble beaches with beautiful clear water about 10-15 minutes on foot. Again, the day before we left, she surprised us with freshly baked fruit cake. She was aware of the check out time and due to the early morning check out she said goodbye to us and accompanied us safe travels and return home. Satisfied with location, weather and beaches.

Really nice view with great host. Private pool with the three other apartments and private access to a really nice bathing spot in the Adriatic ocean.

Beautiful, clean, tasteful, and well-equipped beachfront accommodation. Quiet location. Private beach, but designed for multiple apartments. It was pretty crowded for our dates. At times, we had trouble finding between all the private sun loungers, which no one was on for most of the day anyway, a place to lie down. The apartment was really nice and very well equipped!

We stayed there for the autumn holidays. Since the season was already over, it was very quiet and peaceful. A lot had already been closed. But Kata had warned us that we would be a week late, so to speak. Nevertheless, it was very nice there. We cooked ourselves, which was no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. For the 5 of us, two adults with three children (9,9,12), the space was good although we spent quite a lot of time in it and often had to eat indoors because of the not always good weather. The beach is also very nice in autumn and perfect with kids. We were also able to bathe well when the sun showed up. We would definitely come back.

Sanja was great and the apartment was extremely nice and in a great location. If we’re ever back in Novalja we’ll certainly come back.
