Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Zadar

We had a beautiful stay in such a lovely villa! Location is ideally between the airport and the old town with a harbour and beach within walking distance as well as local supermarkets.

Great, very friendly hosts. We were offered fresh vegetables and honey. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. We even got the option to check in faster. The home is as described and as in the photos, very spacious, quiet neighborhood.

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

Our stay on Vir was wonderful! The location of the apartment is really fantastic, ideal if you want to spend your vacation quieter and a little more secluded. Dragica is a very caring hostess, we felt well taken care of.

Place was easy to find via maps. Has ample parking place. Surrounding area was silent with beautiful homes. The host lives on the ground floor and the apartment was on 2nd floor but easily accessible. The beach is very close and be reached by a short walk. The house is cozy and romantic with all amenities available. The owner is very responsive on the app and very helpful. Overall the stay was excellent.

Everything excellent. We have been 3. rd year at Josip place a we have felt like home. Must say big thank you for best warm fritule I have ever eat that welcomed us :-)

Beautiful, spacious apartment with views in a rural area. Tastefully equipped, lots of kitchen utensils, large TV, good internet connection. The large covered and modern furnished terrace with barbecue was also great! Well located for excursions in all directions, Zadar, Paklenika National Park, etc. Particularly suitable for tenants with electric cars, as fast charging stations are easily accessible nearby.

great host, very welcoming. the house is just perfect. Very clean feels home from the beginning. well equiped. Zvjezdana is the most generous host, she welcomed us with fresh fruits from the garden. All the essentials were complete and like new. More than the essential food items were provided in the kitchen including extra pasta, salt and pepper and other herbs. Perfect family home. highly recommend! big thank you to the host!

We had a good stay at this apartment! Just a short walk to the beach and the charming old city. The host family was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

We had a very nice stay. Vinko and his wife are very friendly and accommodating. The place looked exactly as shown in the pictures and was very clean and spacious. The surroundings are quiet, but offer everything your heart desires. We didn't have a car for the first few days, but we were able to reach everything, e.g. a small supermarket, restaurants and the harbor in about 15 minutes on foot. The beach is also very nice and well suited for swimming if you like a pebble beach. We can definitely recommend the place and would be happy to come back. ☺️

We had a great stay in Pakostane. Apartmet was suitably located, good spot for trips and walks. Host very responsive and helful, overall experience 5/5! I truly recommend :)

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

Upon arrival, everything worked out great. Everything worked out with the furnishings and for the ladies (wife and daughter) there were also accessories in addition to an iron and hairdryer. From the apartment, the old town was easily accessible on foot and around the corner restaurants and a small supermarket. Vacation has been successful. Best regards, Wolfgang Fuchs
