A narrow steep staircase leads to the attic accommodation. The property consists of a single room + bathroom. Neither was clear to me when I read the listing, so maybe I missed it. Furniture + bathroom partly already older, but I don't think it's that bad. Otherwise very good, especially for the price!

maurice's house despite being an old house with many years old is still well maintained and you immediately go home. Maurice was always available with his quick responses and clear directions. the house is just a few minutes' walk from the metro stop in a convenient location and in a quiet neighborhood.

The duplex apartment is really beautiful! It looked exactly like the pictures, was super decorated and clean. We felt very comfortable. The Beuys team was very accessible and responded quickly and kindly to questions. Thank you! Only point of criticism: Some heaters (two in the living and dining area as well as one in the bedroom) did not work, which is why it was sometimes quite cool. However, the team informed us that there was an additional radiator in the apartment, which we then also used. Unfortunately, this had to be turned off overnight as it was quite noisy (for those not sensitive to noise probably no problem). Overall, everything was great!

Amir is an extremely friendly, likeable and very charming host. In my emergency, I responded immediately to my last-minute request and helped me a lot with it, dear Amir, thank you very much ! Amir was always available during the stay and responded immediately. The apartment was well suited for my solo short stay/weekend: top sewers, well soundproofed, small kitchen available and furnished with the most necessary. Bedroom = lounge spacious with panoramic view in 7th floor (elevator available), bed/mattress excellent. Bathroom spacious and so far OK. Best location, restaurants for every requirement in walking distance. To the bus about 7 min. For trade fair visitors about a 20-minute drive. Value for money impeccable. I recommend this and will be happy to come back next year.

Hi Barbara, the apartment has a very good location to the Luisenviertel. Public transport and suspension train are close by. There are only 2 stations to the train station, very convenient for me. E.g. for excursions to Düsseldorf by S-Bahn (30 min) or regional train (20 min). For me as a single traveler, the apartment had everything I needed. Every little thing was thought of, amenities perfect. For me, the parking space in the courtyard was very important. But I was able to leave the car most of the time. I'd love to come back when I'm in Wuppertal. Best regards, Frank

Beautiful place to stay at and very convenient for public transport. While Revan wasn't there in person at the time, their parents were to greet me when I arrived. Revan was still reachable by text though. I got sick closer to the end of my trip and Revan's parents offered me tea, citrus, and more to help. I really really appreciated this because I was by myself and didn't have anyone else to rely on. I had to leave at 3 am so I unfortunately did not have the opportunity to say goodbye and thank them, but I did leave behind some art prints that I made myself. The only thing to note is that the TV did not work. Not a huge problem since Revan's dad offered me a computer monitor to use instead, but I thought I would mention it just in case.

Very kind and friendly, there were no problems with check-in, although we were faster than the agreed time on the site, the lady didn't make any problems with it all. Good location close to hbf from which there are trains to dorthmundt if someone is going to dorthmund, e.g. for a game, I highly recommend this place.

Right from the start, it was as described. Visually and acoustically, you were directly tuned to the jungle. The covered hot tub was our highlight and is even operated environmentally friendly via photovoltaics. We would only have missed a less creaky double bed for a perfect getaway, but this is complaining to a high standard. Accommodation was worth every penny.

Our visit to Dortmund was also a complete success because of this great apartment. We expected a very nicely furnished, cozy apartment with perfect infrastructure. On the table were fresh flowers, sparkling wine and a chocolate Easter bunny, which gave us the nice feeling of being welcome. Of course, we also enjoyed the jaccuzi to the fullest. Thank you so much and we'll be happy to come back!
