Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

You will stay in the Vohwinkel district. The beautiful Art Nouveau house is very central and yet quietly located in a 30 km/h zone. The end stop of the suspension railway, the train station with S-Bahn and regional train connections are only a five or twelve-minute walk away. Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants are also within a radius of about three to ten minutes' walk.

We visit exhibitions with our large poodle from time to time and need a place to stay near the exhibition venue. We found this possibility with Claudia and Michael. The apartment was as described and just right for our needs. Flexible check-in and the freedom to move around freely are particularly important to us. After a long day at the exhibition, we enjoyed a cozy sofa in the apartment and a great, nice hard bed for the night. The bathroom was completely sufficient for us, without frills. From the kitchen, we only used the sink and the refrigerator. Thank you so much for the great opportunity to stay!
