We absolutely loved our stay. Sarah and Peter were friendly and down to earth. We felt right at home in their peaceful little cabin in the forest. Fabulous if you are looking for quiet space close to hiking, nature, beaches, and local art or just need a little solitude. We would highly recommend staying here! We had everything we needed and felt right at home. This is a gem of a place.

Stone's Throw cottage is like a home away from home for me. I have been visiting annually for a number of years and no place could match it. Joe is the super host of super hosts - he has thought of everything and goes above and beyond to make sure his guests have a truly memorable experience. As always, I arrived to the most thoughtful treats - including fresh eggs, bread, butter, coffee, cookies, a candle, and more - and all of it local, too! I left relaxed, refreshed, and already planning for next year. Thanks, Joe!

We stayed at the Petite rivière cabin for two nights. We were instantly impressed with the beautiful cabin nestled in the peaceful and quiet woods. It truly felt like a private escape from busy city life. The cabin is a wonderful design, everything you need and a very comfortable bed. We especially loved the wood fire hot tub and sitting on the porch enjoying the barbecue. A trip to Lunenburg and the Lahave bakery nearby made this visit even more memorable. Anything you forgot can be purchased at the nearby general store! We would definitely recommend and will be coming back!
