Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Waves

Our 4 day stay was amazing. The house was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Communication was great, questions were answered almost immediately. A binder was left for us with all the instructions we needed, as well as menus for local restaurants. The beach is just a short walk away and the access can be seen from the driveway. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings after a lot of driving and walking. This is a great location for anyone who has kids and wants easy access to the beach, as well as being close to all of the restaurants and shops. We are already planning our next trip and hope to book again.

This is the second year we’ve stayed at the house in the winter and it was just as fantastic as we remembered it. It’s seriously one of the most boujee and beautiful beach houses. You feel right at home, everything’s clean, and you have every kitchen appliance you’d ever need. The hot tub is especially nice - it’s so dark at night in Duck you can see every star while you lay in the warm water. Several times we talked from the house into Duck which was easy, and it’s right across the street to visit the actual beach. Internet speeds are 25mbps for the remote workers. While we were there the new fiber company was laying conduit, so hopefully they’ll get an upgrade soon. Not a single complaint I could make. The hosts are fantastic. Answer every phone call. They stopped by with a gift for being ok with a single construction bag in the driveway for the pool. They’re awesome, it looked perfectly fine but they went out of their way anyway. Book it!

Very nice place! I loved the trees. Made it feel more secluded than it really is. The wind really blows so make sure to lock that bedroom out door. We loved the hot tub! The night sky, impeccable. Beautiful weather for a February. The home was awesome overall! 5 stars. Checked out Ocracoke via ferry. Nothing to do there but very dope experience. Drove up and down rt 12. Would come again in the summer.

Our stay was wonderful, we had a relaxing weekend. The house was clean, easily accessible and had everything we needed get started. We loved that the house had beach gear (less we had to pack) and bicycles for evening bike rides. Will definitely book again.

We had a wonderful "spring break" OBX week at this house - it was so close to the beach and perfect for our two kids (under 5). This house had everything we were hoping for - location, comfort, and all the amenities that make traveling with kids easier. Convenient drive to great restaurants, shopping, and historical sites (e.g., Wright Brothers memorial, Roanoke Island). Annette and Greg were fantastic hosts and always responsive with the information we needed to make check in and check out go smoothly. Highly recommended !!!

Great little place right on the beach! Stocked with tons of beach supplies and centrally located to all the outer banks has to offer. Tracey was very responsive and communicated well.

Simple studio close to the beach. Clean, looked like pictures. Accurate description. We just needed a simple place, perfect for solo or a couple for a quick beach trip. Was perfect for our needs.

We stayed here for a sibling and spouse vacation. 12 of us. It was incredible! Location could not be more perfect. We could walk to absolutely everything we needed or wanted. Beach is an easy walk to end of the street. Great neighborhood! Karen provides endless beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, paddle board, kayak. We had no children with us but what a place for a family or a reunion or small wedding. A swing set & a playroom with giant connect 4, arcade games, air hockey and board games. For the adults a pool table, a poker table, chess, a shuffle board table & 2 bars all fully stocked with glassware, and bar ware. Kitchen is fully stocked with all equipment. Pool area provides plenty of seating and fun for kids. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Bedrooms are spacious. You do not hear anybody from one room to the next. Karen was so great to work with & very responsive to all questions & concerns. Don’t miss out on this one. We will be back! Just the best!

Jessica’s place was amazing! Easy walk down to the beach, amazing backyard with grill, and the gym is right across the street.

Great location, perfect walk to the beach, almost like oceanfront. Great hang out space and kitchen. Lots of extra blankets, fan for the white noise people. Great outdoor shower and basketball hoop. Walk to the beach was quick and not too challenging. Clean pool and hot tub!!! Would definitely come back!!!

This made a perfect spot for our family of 6. So close to beach and pool what more could we ask for. Super clean and exceeded our expectations. Inside stocked with games; boogie boards and a couple beach chairs we used as well. Definitely recommend!
