There is an en-suite with shower off the bedroom and a separate utility room with storage and a washing machine. The living room has a sofa bed (not the most comfiest but it works!), basic kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and sink. THERE IS NO OVEN/COOK TOP. There is a heat pump. There is a small screen with Apple TV. You can log in to your Apple or Netflix account.

Close to bike tracks, the wave, Grandview and 8 minutes to Lake Hāwea. Situated walking distance to Hawea flat school and kindergarten which is great for visiting family to do pick ups and drop offs.
