Everything is so perfect, feel like home. We had a great time here. And it would be one of the most beautiful memories of our New Zealand trip , just stay in the living room/garden and enjoy the quiet nice moments with amazing lake view. Beautiful modern home with huge windows and sliding doors that make you feel like your outdoors, and excellent indoor/outdoor flow. It was great staying here with kids and having them play outside on the nice lawn. The neighbours have goats that you can feed, which was a fun activity to do each day. We loved having the pup, Cookie, come to visit. She is quite boistrous (at time of writing) which is something to be mindful of you have smaller children. There was no aircon, but huge doors and windows create excellent airflow, and the whole place is double glazed. we loved our stay here and would recommend it as a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Lovely cosy house with plenty of space for a family of 4. Very clean & kitchen well equipped. Lounge & bedrooms very comfortable. Easy to find & convenient 4 square down the road.

Great place & hosts. We recently stayed there for 3 nights. Very clean & tidy place. Modern amenities, very spacious place, excellent views, very responsive host (came at 8.30pm to sort out a wee TV problem by driving half an hour), Very entertaining snooker table in garage. Highly recommend this place. Just one thing to note- there are 3 levels to the house, so quite a bit of stairs to go up and down. Overall 100% rating.

Excellent location within walking distance to everything, great host and great space for a family

Perched up on a hill with great views. Clean and tidy with easy parking. We walked into town a few times, a fair walk but good exercise. House was clean, kitchen great. My whole family now wants to move to Queenstown!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is spacious, clean and well appointed. It fit our large family perfectly. The views are incredible. Would highly recommend!

Photos don’t do the view justice. Jeremy was a great host. This is a cabin type experience. We stayed in the winter and used the cottage as a home base for skiing and other activities which was great. Quick ride over to Arrowtown and Queenstown but far away enough to feel private and peaceful. Some important points regarding previous reviews I read about the place being “cold”…the ground floor is all slate stone…as Jeremy recommended, just bring some sandals or slippers to wear around. There is a large heat pump, a lovely pot belly stove, and space heaters and all the beds have blanket heaters which we actually didn’t use because they were too hot…so it’s easy to stay warm and the view and coziness are well worth it, but if you’re expecting a thermostat in a hotel room that you set and leave…this wouldn’t be the place for you. We loved our stay and the host was very responsive.

I came here with my family and it was the first time for them. they loved the welcome gift, the view, the spa, and that we could walk to the city (they are over 60 and it was a good active walk). They would have love a barbecue.

Cannot say enough good things about Roslyn and her apartment! Location and view are unbeatable. The price is well worth it. Roslyn was friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. This rental is at the very top of our list for a return trip to Queenstown!

Aaron's place was great. It is in a safe, quiet neighborhood but just a 15 min. drive to Queenstown. It is a very bright place with so many windows and glass doors and has incredible views of mountains right out the front. You can walk to incredible playgrounds and a nice coffee shop. The place was very clean and new. The shower pressure was fabulous and the beds were very comfy. The couch in the living room pulls out into a bed. There is a washer and dryer combo unit, which is really nice. We couldn't get the dryer part to work, but I'm sure it was user error. All in all, we had the best week at Aaron's place and would highly recommend it. We hope to be back someday and would not hesitate to stay here again!

The location was great! Short, although steep, walk from the centre of Queenstown while capitalising on the beautiful views. The outdoor space was a bonus. We’ll definitely be back!

Tanya’s place is a lovely space for what we needed. We’re a family with 2 young children so the bunk bed and kid-friendly furniture, laundry, and kitchen was great. We’ve come during the massive infrastructure works so that was only a small inconvenience because of the longer walk to town. But we know without it, you’d be in the town centre in just a minute or two!

Gorgeous views and comfortable stay for our family of 5. Short drive into town, hosts easy to communicate with. Expensive stay but worth the views and comfort.
