This is such an amazing place. I have always had a penchant for the Central Otago area, landscapes and architecture. All aspects of Kathryn’s place is the absolute epitome of everything I love about the area. It was such a treat to spend 4 days surrounded by such unique beauty (inside and out). There is nothing I could suggest to improve our experience (husband and adult son). I 100% recommend if you are looking for a peaceful and genuine Central Otago experience. By the way, the location is also perfect and tucked away from maddening crowds and tourists (like us).

Lovely place with an incredible view, we had such a great time here. It is on the expensive side for us so not sure it’s affordable again, however we’re glad we got to do it once at least. The hosts are very accommodating and very responsive, we asked if a cot and high chair could be put in at late notice and it was no issue, they also gave us a late check out which was lovely of them. A must stay!

A great apartment for a couple. Small, but with everything you need. It's a 15-minute easy walk to Steamer Wharf, and is handy to amenities with a supermarket across the road, petrol station downstairs, and busses stop just around the corner. We used the bus to get all the way to Arrowtown and again to Arthur's Point, both trips costing $2. It was perfect for us.

We loved our stay at Michael’s place. It was so spacious for four adults and a 1 year old. The bedrooms were roomy, comfortable and the blockout curtains made for really cozy long sleeps (especially for our toddler!) Our little one loved crawling around and exploring with lots of space and soft carpet. The doors in the living area meant we didn’t have to worry about the stairs which is a huge help when we are away from home without safety gates. Kitchen was very well stocked with spices, oils, Tupperware etc. Stunning views of course and really great temperature control through the house so we kept warm during the cold days and nights. Highly recommend to other travellers. Michael was also extremely responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Great accommodations in queenstown. Host was very responsive and the internet was fast. Only downside was that there was construction upstairs for 2 days in a row which was pretty irritating and they accidentally cut off the internet while I was working. I don’t think it is a common occurrence. Would definitely rebook if I’m ever in this neck of the woods.

It’s hard to put this place into words…just stunning. From the minute you open the door and walk up to the living space the place takes your breath away. Incredible views. The location is up the hill and has the best imaginable deck…it’s just a short walk downhill to town (you might want to take an uber back uphill after dinner though!). Bridget was a great host and the check in procedures were super easy and convenient. This property was recommended by a friend, and we will be sharing the recommendation with ours too! We could not imagine a better place to spend a week in QT

The condo / private patio has an incredible view of the lake and mountains, everything inside has been updated with pretty much anything you'd need to enjoy your stay. 5 min. walk to Q'town restaurants and local attractions but quiet, peaceful and comfortable. Dedicated parking spot is a little tight but quite doable and safe. Would absolutely stay there again.

I'll always treasure the visit I had at Karen's flat. The town was accessible, but not so close that it wasn't peaceful. Karen is super accessible and had several great recommendations about places to eat and local destinations. the views were spectacular.

We really enjoyed our stay at Liz's place. The locations was great and the place is really nice & very clean! Very close access to the lake, mountains in the background and walkable distances to the town centre (around 20mins if you go through the gardens). Super easy drive out to Arrowntown/Gibbston Valley if you have a car. Really enjoyed our stay here and will come back again in the future. Would recommend to others.

Excellent location within walking distance of everything. Our favorite breakfast place was Bespoke, delicious organic food and beautiful pastries. The view is wonderful and we enjoyed getting a daily workout as we walked uphill to the Airbnb. Very comfortable set up and worked well for the four of us adults.

Everything was easy to find and location is a nice quiet street. Apart from needing to uber home majority of our stay due to the steepness of the hill - would highly recommend this home! 🙌🏼

We book Teresa apartment when we are in Queenstown and her unit offers clear and great lake side view. This apartment are spacious with 3 level, which are good and provide enough quiet space. Teresa is responsive, and provide clear instructions to check in and check out too. Strongly recommended.

Loved this place! Quick walk to the lake which was beautiful and lovely to walk around. The unit was very clean and as described, and Susie was very responsive and helpful with anything that came up. We did struggle a bit with the wifi connection so just something to keep in mind if you plan on working remotely. She was always quick to help though. The jacuzzi was also really nice under the stars.

The entrance to the apartment is framed by blooming roses and fragrant lavender. A stone pathway leads to a glass sliding door that provides access to a private outdoor seating area. Lush greenery surrounds the area, complementing the natural scenery.

we had such a lovely time at Sophie’s place. She was extremely accommodating to our early check in, friendly, and gave great recommendations to surrounding bike tracks and walks. All amenities including washer/dryer were as described and in unit. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to prepare meals. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect place to stay with a baby as toys, portacot and highchair were all provided. It was super convenient to town. A bit of a walk back up the hill but was good exercise and totally doable even with our baby in the front pack. Gas fireplace, heat pump and heaters in the bedroom kept up cosy and warm.

One of the best places to stay on the outskirts of Queenstown. Located in the beautiful Arthurs Point, this apartment was perfect for what we were after. It was quiet, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had an incredible view over the Shotover river, while being only 10 minutes from the centre of QT. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and cannot recommend this place enough!
