Fantastic place to stay for a few days over new year. Impeccably clean and very well appointed the home was perfect for our family with two teenagers. Bede and Deb were great hosts very helpful and responded to a query we had very promptly thank you. The house is gorgeous and beautifully styled with a nice outside space with bbq to use. The location is a short drive to town and was handy to a great cafe, small supermarket and great tennis court. Thanks very much Bede and Deb we really enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely place! The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere was so quiet and cozy. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. We highly recommend it and would love to return in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The views are simply stunning. The home and outdoor terrace are extremely spacious, we were a group of 8 and the house was easily able to accommodate us. We had a couple issues while there with a malfunctioning hot tub and and broken washing machine. The host was very responsive and guided us through a hot tub reset and they arranged washing machine repair within 24 hours which was impressive over the Christmas public holidays. Overall we felt the property was clean and the photos were accurate. We’d happily come back here again. If I had to be picky and offer one criticsm it’s the towels which were small and not that soft. Large luxurious bath sheets would be more appropriate for this high end property!

Lisa’s home was absolutely beautiful! The view of the lake from the living room/kitchen/patio is breathtaking. Our two families felt right at home in this lovely house. The kids loved the bunk bed set up and ping pong table downstairs. The huge kitchen had everything you could possibly need! The decor was peaceful yet artistic. So many thoughtful details to accommodate guests. Wanaka is a lovely community with delightful restaurants and shops. Don’t forget to check out Cinema Paradiso and catch a movie on a sofa with homemade cookies at intermission! Shop for sheepskins at Wilson & Dorset! I hope one day we can return to this incredible corner of the world.

Very comfortable stay for our family at Sarah’s place. It was lovely and extremely spacious. Plenty of room for our party to spread out. Exactly as described. Good quiet base to stay close to Queenstown. We were very happy with it.

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and modern the place is. Every corner of the accommodation is well-furnished, making it not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable. One of the standout features for me was the spacious and immaculate toilets. They were stocked with all the essentials, which made my stay even more convenient. It’s clear that the host has thought of everything, as she even provided food and condiments for guests to use, adding a lovely touch of hospitality. The location is another major plus. Situated near the town, it’s perfect for exploring local attractions, dining, and shopping. Yet, despite being close to the hustle and bustle, the accommodation still offers a peaceful retreat. The best part of my stay was the breathtaking scenery from the balcony. The gorgeous views were the perfect backdrop for morning coffee and evening relaxation. I found myself spending a lot of time just soaking in the beauty of the surroundings.

Listing was as described. Tanya was very responsive and helpful. The unit was small and cozy with beautiful lake view. Fits 4 adults perfectly. Location is near the city and perfect for us who likes to walk and treat the steep climb back as an exercise after good meal from town. We barely need to drive into town. Because it's super near the city, one can hear noises like singing from the bars which stops at around 10pm. As listed, there are road works beside the unit. However construction work probably stop for holidays during our stay. We love that host provided lots of pillows though the mattresses are more on the soft side. Kitchen is very well stock with basic ingredients. Washer and dryer with laundry powder provided are definitely a big plus. Will recommend Tanya's unit to friends and family.
