Newly built , modern family home with a hot tub! Perfect home away from home. The house is fully furnished and comes with everything you need for your stay. It has 4 good size bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. Located in Shotover Country, this is a family friendly local area, close to parks and and family restaurant. It’s also just a 20 min drive to central Queenstown. 10 minutes to the airport. This property is only ever available when the family are out of town. So if the dates fit-snap it up!

This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom modern architecturally designed house has been well thought out with great indoor and outdoor living areas and spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom. With two outdoor dining and lounge areas both with overhead heaters you are spoilt for choice as to which view you wish to enjoy at any part of the day as well as being warm and dry no matter what the season. If that isn't enough the house also boasts an outdoor spa pool with views of the Remarkable Mountains.

You'll be cosy in winter with 2 indoor fireplaces, underfloor heating and an outdoor hot tub spa pool. Main space has open plan kitchen, living and lounge. On this level is also 2 large bedrooms sharing a fully tiled marble bathroom. One queen bed and cot, other room either super king or two king singles. Huge ensuited master room downstairs
