House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. This stylish house with a fabulous new kitchen and comfy beds is set in a beautiful private yard with lovely trees and garden with large deck and plenty of outdoor living. It's the perfect place to rest and relax. The house has everything you will need and is only a 7 or 8 minute walk from Clyde's gorgeous main street with lovely cafes and restaurants, shops and the bike hire/ rail trail businesses. Keep it simple in this cosy new cedar home. Big views of Mt Roy from the huge deck bordering a reserve. Make use of the modern hot tub and soak in the snow capped views. 4 bed (all doubles, 1 room is a garage conversion) 2 bath. Sleeps 8, however best suited to 6 people. 3min bike to Sticky Forest, lake swimming and only 40 mins to Cardrona/Treble Cone make this home an adventure seekers paradise. Northlake tennis courts, pump track and cafes are an easy 2 min walk.

Incredible lake and mountain views from both indoor and two outdoor living areas. Recently renovated the house is comprised of three double en-suite bedrooms, large open plan kitchen with all new appliances and a butlers pantry, a large living/dining area upstairs and a separate adult media room. Downstairs you’ll find a large bunk room with a separate bathroom and additional separate toilet along with a kid’s media room.

Modern warm house, with a large courtyard. On clear nights amazing stargazing over Mt Iron, in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The house has three bed rooms. One with King bed with ensuite, walk in wardrobe. The other two with Queen beds and main bathroom over the hallway. Open plan kitchen, living and dinning. Log burner and or heat pump to stay nice and cosy. Located a quick 5 minute drive to down town Wanaka.

Great for families & groups, walk to town & lake

750 m walk from lake and 10-15mins walk to town, very quiet, private, native garden, outdoor dining area. 2 toilets and really comfy place. Well equipped kitchen. Underfloor heating for winter throughout and good clothes drying for skiing. Linen is included. min 2 nights. There is fibre wifi and chromecast TV. A two minute walk to the Lake, the famous Wanaka Tree, Edgewater Hotel (the best scones ever), and the Wanaka Station Park. A 15 minute lake edge walk to Wanaka Town. Children's playground 5 min walk. One minute ride to access bike trails. A five minute drive to Roy's Peak Carpark. House is very sunny with great views from all rooms.
