Melissa's Cottage is a real feel-good place. You enter the accommodation and feel right at home. It is very clean, incredibly cosy and furnished with love. In the morning you are greeted by birdsong and deer in the garden. It is about 1 hour away from Yosemite National Park. The perfect place to switch off. We would definitely come back. What a great stay! We really enjoyed the cabin and Heather was very helpful and responsive when we had a crazy storm that dumped snow. The location is close to downtown Mammoth and Eagle lodge is a short drive or walk away. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space for everyone!

A fun clutter-free vacation home for a big family or two families with children (children-proof). Emergency food options at a walking distance. Better restaurants and stores require a drive, so plan accordingly especially during the winter season. The property is part of the beautiful June Lake Loop which includes a couple of lakes, sights, and activities.

we loved the stay. John has a beautiful place. Perfect for a couple, very cozy, comfortable cabin. John is really helpful. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful.
