The 1925 house is in a historic neighborhood and a 10 minute walk to Purdue, Mackey Arena, and Happy Hollow Park. The owner (Zoe) lives in the main house along with her partner David (sometimes), golden doodle pup Forrest, and young adult daughter Suvi.

The cottage includes a kitchen (all new appliances), bathroom, living room, dining area, and laundry. There is one bedroom for 4 guests. To add more guest contact the host. There are complete amenities throughout and the views are priceless. Don't be shocked to see a family of deer in the backyard. Host lives upstairs.
