Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Vulcano

With my friends we had a wonderful week at Nicoletta's house, who in addition to being super kind and hospitable gave us great tips on places to visit (especially the great restaurants!). The house matches the photos, has a lot of outdoor space, it is furnished in a minimal and tasteful style, perfect for 4 people and surrounded by greenery, flowers, citrus fruits and capers. We especially appreciated the outdoor showers given the great heat this summer! In the area there are bars, restaurants (including Le Macine that we fell in love with) the bus stop 2 meters away. In the house there is also a large space where you can park mopeds like us or a car. Thank you for everything Nicoletta (and Maria), we hope to be back very soon!

This a wonderful house. It is thoughtfully decorated and well equipped. The sea view from the orange and lemon grove is really beautiful. Some reviews have mentioned noise - not an issue, with the church bells being the main sound you hear! Caterina and Francesco were perfect hosts and made sure that our young family had a great stay.

I can't recommend this location more highly. The pictures on line do not do it justification. Amazingly beautiful sunsets every evening. Comfortably, peaceful and restful house. My advice would be to cook there every evening as the views cant be bet. Read a book go for a walk, use jacuzzi, pool, sauna and return refreshed. Anoeta and her husband were amazing to us and went above and beyond in helping us when we got a puncture in our car. Lovely people. PS if you rent a car make sure you are properly insured as the roads on the island are narrow.

We had a great time at this place. Marielle was really kind and she quickly put my two young girls at ease. The place was very clean and very comfortable. It is also located very close to a pebble beach overlooking beautiful sunsets. In short, I highly recommend this listing for visiting Lipari.

The stylish house and the large garden are paradise. View perfect, you can see the Insfl Volcano, the sea and the stars at night. The sun shines directly into the bedroom in the morning. Good to think about whether to rent scooters or a small car. Walter helps with that. You can walk 1 hour from Lipari. The last about 300m to the house can only be made with very small cars (Fiat Panda) or scooters.

Great location, cozy apartment, very clean. Elena was very helpful, providing a taxi and handing out information and maps about the island and transportation. can definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The views were breathtaking, the environment was so peaceful. Delia greeted us, she's very nice and sweet. Our host was always available via message and helped us get transportation to/from ferry station. Recommended 100%

Quiet house with beautiful views, Lorella is very kind, everything was perfect.

I can't give an opinion on Leonardo's place as the stay was canceled by me at the last moment (2 hours before check-in) because the ferry couldn't leave due to the weather. I can nevertheless say that Leonardo was very considerate in giving me directions in advance. He was also very understanding about my last-minute cancellation and even tried to find solutions.

Amazing place!! So private, and beautiful. As it is somewhat remote, our hosts arranged for a taxi (which was included in the rent) from our ferry. Our driver waited for us to do our food shopping before whisking us off to the property. Once there, our host transported us and all our luggage to our private casita. There, we enjoyed the spacious views from our large terrace, our private swimming hole below, and nearby beach. One can see Stromboli on the left and Vulcano on the right, with its simmering crater. Sunrises over the ocean below. Our hosts Mariagrazia and Carlo were warm and welcoming. I would give Seven Stars if I could!!

The stay was peaceful and satisfactory. The apartment is close to the center, tourist attractions and close to the ports to catch the departure and arrival boats, as well as the sightseeing boats. Alessandro was always kind and available at the time, and gave us complete peace of mind. We will certainly stay in your apartment next time, as the experience exceeded our expectations! I just have to thank you for the time we spent there!!!

Staying here was magic and I wish I could have stayed longer! Having such a private spot and access to the water so close was a game-changer and there are not many places like this on Panarea. It was easy to walk into town but super quiet and relaxing in the evening. The decor is perfect! Carlo has such great style. I felt so happy to have booked here as it was everything I needed for my stay in Panarea.

Very warm welcome. Our hosts picked us up by car and drove us back, saving us the walk! (10 minutes from the port). Terrace with sea view!!! Very quiet. Very clean. Parking. Small touches appreciated. We recommend this cozy property.

Very spacious and renovated apartment in the middle of the city of Lipari. Very quiet and comfortable. Bright. We had a great time at Silvia's. We recommend it. The only point: no internet, but easy to connect in the local restaurants that all offer wifi.

The location is spectacular and while a bit chaotic on Easter weekend it was nice to be in the center of lots of festive activities. Hiking trails nearby allowed us to get away. The terrace was our primary living space from coffees in the morning to glass of wine at night. Excellent restaurants nearby and grocery store on the walk to the apartment.

I would like to say BIG THANK YOU to Carmela and her family. Believe it, that the views from an apartment are as lovely as you can see on the photos (if not even better). Area is very calm, but there are few spots where you can have a drink or grab a lunch. There are few shops nearby, pharmacy, cafes. And when you wish to visit Lipari - it's just few minutes away by car/bus (1,5eur one way and drives 1/hour), or 30min by walk. I was working remotely while staying in Lipari, so the wifi connection was very important to me. On the first day something unfortunately broke, but not long after I have raised it with Carmela, the technician came and repaired it, so I was able to work comfortably during my whole stay, and from whole available space :) I was travelling alone, so it was important for me to have a responsive host, if I would need any assistance, which I'm glad to say that Carmela or someone from family had always replied to me within minutes. Thank you Carmela :)

for the price hammer! super location close to the harbor and in small sweet alleys Liparis, you feel almost local. We never saw simone, but he always responded quickly and kindly to messages and his mother was very cute. the apartment itself could be a little cleaner, e.g. in the kitchen (the sponge was already a bit through) and is a bit dark, as the only light comes directly onto the street via the level door and is also not particularly well insulated so you can hear a lot from outside, but is still recommended for the price! the terrace is the 5 stars, which is really great! we would come back!

The accommodation is quietly located, with a great view over Lipari (including sea view) and at the same time everything is easily accessible within a short walking distance (port, bus stop, shops, restaurants). The apartment corresponds to the photos, everything was very clean and we immediately felt very much at home. The terrace is especially great! The communication with Valentina was straightforward and friendly. We were very happy with the flexibility regarding check-in due to our delay due to the ferry. In addition, Valentina asked during our stay if we needed anything, responded quickly to questions, gave great tips for activities in the area and proactively informed us about the weather in connection with the ferry plan. Check-out was also straightforward and pleasant. We found the stay very nice and would be happy to recommend the place!

This was the perfect place for four adults to stay, close to the harbour, restaurants and cafes and a supermarket across the street. The apartment had everything we needed and the roof top deck was perfect for late afternoon drinks. We would love to come back but it’s a long way from Australia!

I stayed in Santina's apartment with my girlfriend and a friend and we had a great time. The house is really very nice and welcoming and Santina was very available to meet all our requests and needs. When we return to Lipari we will definitely stay again from Santina.

Our dream came true. Let meg start with Claudia and his husband who were delightful, always ready to answer us. We were arriving late night, they were waiting for us at the ferry. They offered us Mány program, restaurant and beach. The house was perfect for 2 people to enjoy holiday on this amazing little island. AC is working extra well, the outside kitchen.. anybody would like to have a same kitchen at home. You can meet with the neighbours cats, and the way to the house is covered fully ín flower. Claudia even came to say good bye to us. She immediately treated us well, we couldn't wish for better. We cannot be grateful enough, for meeting her, his husband and their little dog. We recommend this little treasure house to everybody, who would like to be in a peaceful accomodation and enjoy Lipari day and nightlife in 5 minutes walk.

Very nice apartment. Refurbished. 2 steps from the beach and especially from the bus stop (rotation approximately every 15 minutes) which allows access to Lipari quickly and from there everywhere on the island or on the other islands. Lorenza is very welcoming and very responsive. I would highly recommend it.
