Apartment vacation rentals in Vulcano

At the risk of replicating so many of the other wonderful reviews I must unequivocally say that Beatrice’s home was absolutely stellar. Every single aspect was superb: the design, location, conveniences/equipment/furnishings were all incomparable! BUT most importantly the care, attention, and genuine and authentic hospitality were the most remarkable. Beatrice and her mother could not have made us feel more like family and not simply renter-guests. We are only one day removed from the tender sea breeze embrace of Salina and already feeling the pull to return. I cannot imagine an Aeolian stay anywhere else as glorious as Appartmento Maria Teritza. If AirBnB gave lifetime achievement awards to hosts, Beatrice and her family should be at the very, very top of the list. So many heartfelt thanks from myself, Kirsten, and of course Dinky!

Nando is a wonderful man and host. You will likely be met by him at the ferry dock, and he is extremely kind and helpful. His house is beautiful, with exceptional views. The guest rooms on the lower level are comfortable but very basic. Please note there is no AC, and the August heatwave made the room pretty hot indeed, but there is a powerful and quiet ceiling fan. Staying at Nando’s would not be so practical without transport of some kind. We loved Nando and Lipari and really highly recommend staying here.

Great room with small kitchenette and private bathroom. Large enough for table and chairs for meals. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything buses and ferries. Highly recommend. On

Family trip with two children! Paolo's house is a great solution! Large, comfortable, clean and the location is fantastic. Paolo was very kind, despite our delay in checking in (due to the full hydrofoil) he waited for us at the port and accompanied us to the house. Excellent advice on where to eat (to be followed absolutely). Fantastic Lipari! 🤩

I went at the end of September for the first time to Lipari, a beautiful island! The apartment is in a wonderful location, just a few minutes drive from downtown. The apartment was super clean, spacious,with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Mr. Luigi and his very kind family, both in picking us up at the port, although we arrived very late at night, and in giving us information. So I recommend going to Villa Hermes for your vacation in Lipari.

We rented the Gigi 1 apartment and had a very good stay. The apartment is spacious and great centrally located. We didn't get to know the host personally, but Tommaso was always super available and ready to come immediately if we needed anything. The self check in with door code was handy and so you can not lose any keys :) the only thing what we would recommend for this flat is to install a real bed.

One of the best AirBnBs we have stayed in. The place is well designed. The location is very beautiful. Angela and her team were the best hosts. If you need a spot to truly relax, this is a great retreat....plus the island is much less crowded with tourists as compared to Capri or Amalfi. On site... There were very nice outdoor spaces to do yoga and read. Angela has a beautiful garden. The walk into town is only 10 minutes away. We hiked to the top of Punta del Corvo each morning. Although there is no washing machine in our room, Angela’s staff washed our clothes each day as needed. Every morning, we were served a fantastic continental breakfast. We highly recommend Angela’s place.

Everything is perfect

The two of us spent five days on Lipari and had the best starting position for day trips to the neighboring islands thanks to this beautiful accommodation. It is only a few minutes' walk to the jetty from which the boats start. The apartment has everything you need to feel good. From the terrace you have a nice view and also the kitchen is spacious. Nothing is missing. You feel right at home. Communication went well, we were personally received and followed many more tips. Not far are bakers, supermarket and restaurants. Almost in front of the house is a large greengrocer, but he also has a lot of groceries. We hope to come back soon and would like to thank Concetta and Giovanni again for the nice time!

As you enter the property you come across and delight in the garden's orange trees, all very well equipped . Amália is kind, corresponds quickly to doubts, we had a great stay to Lipari. I highly recommend it.

My stay at Felice's apartment was delightful. It's perfect to stay and get to know the islands! Specially because of how close it is to the port, it makes it very easy to grab the aliscafo! I had to work a few days during my stay, and the internet worked perfectly, I had no problem with it. I was very happy with my stay and with Felice's attention, he was very helpful and attentive, definitely would recommend and would stay there again!

Overall very positive experience. Luigi and Nidra are friendly and generous, we even ate the eggs of their chickens who kindly offered us and took care of our stay with many small kindnesses. The house is even better than the photo. One thing that may be good to know is that at the cost of renting it is necessary to add the rental of a motorized vehicle since the house is on the hill and not easily accessible on foot or by bike. Other than that, our hosts were very affectionate and friendly.

Very sweet personally furnished house with great roof terrace, plenty of space and great location, just a few minutes to bars and restaurants, but still a little quieter at the Marina Corta. Furnishings authentic/antique, but everything very clean!

Lovely apartment a few meters from the restaurants and the port of Marina Corta. Great for one or two. The apartment is humid, but has air conditioning with dehumidification and an upper window that can be left open. I felt very comfortable in the apartment. Alessandra is nice and was immediately available if needed. See you one more time :-)

Valeria's place is conveniently located, it's all within walking distance, even better than we expected. The apartment is a little noisy because it overlooks the main street. But the proximity to the harbor and shops counterbalances this small flaw. Valeria is very helpful and kind, she even gave us a gift with local specialties upon our arrival. The apartment was very clean and equipped with every comfort. Super-recommended, we'd love to come back.

Very warm house, super well equipped. Gustavo was kind enough to pick us up directly from the boat, on the way he was able to tell us places to visit (great tips). Very quiet corner, not far from the city center, all done on foot. A little extra for access to the mother 2min walk away. We recommend 100% Excellent!! Thanks again

We were afraid after reading the bad review already on the site, but we still have to go. We were excited about our choice: Osvaldo and his wife are two delicious and helpful people. They came to take us to the port and offered us various services, which unfortunately we were unable to use since we had only one night left. The bungalow has a beautiful view, and was very clean upon our arrival. The next morning we also had a beautiful buffet. If you happen to stop by Lipari, we recommend it. We hope to be back soon:)

Osvaldo and Simona's welcome and hospitality were impeccable! The room was very confortable and recently refurbished. The apartment is an excellent location near the centre, and the view from the patio is stunning! Osvaldo provided us with a lot useful information about how to move around and reach the main places of interest (natural landmarks, but also historical and archeological sites) as to allow us to truly discover the island by means of both hidden hiking routes and main viewpoints! Absolutely recommended!

We had a nice stay at the apartment. We were provided fresh lemons and medlars from the garden which was great! We loved the jasmine scent that wafted in the sea breeze each day. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for our belongings. The kitchen space is small and limited but we cooked many meals at home. The tv was large and modern. The pool was set up in mid May and we enjoyed lounging around the pool area. Cannetto is the best place to stay on Lipari and the location of the apartment is right in the middle of the bay and only a few blocks up the hillside. The island is gorgeous and we loved exploring the beaches, volcanoes, and cute towns.
