Very good Airbnb - clean, great host, comfortable beds and extremely close to some magnificent beaches!

myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Francesca’s apartment is just beautiful; The bedrooms are large and very comfortable - I slept so soundly. The kitchen is lovely and fully equipped and functional with the attached balcony to sit and have coffee. The living area feels like home and the frescoes throughout are warm and relaxing. Francesca was really the best hostess - she gifted wine, beer, tea and coffee to make our arrival very pleasant and she gave us so many recommendations for restaurants, beaches and activities. I felt completely at home and would love to stay in this beautiful building again in the future. It’s an easy drive over to Cagliari and all the beaches in the area.

Marco's stay was above expectations . He, a nice person, check-in was easy, he was always kind and helpful, he gave us many directions about beaches and restaurants to go to, he showed us the parking space (a real luck if you are staying in Villasimius, as there are only places for a fee) and showed us the house, explaining in detail both the comforts and, of course, also how to maintain it (which we found really useful since in Sardinia, not by us, we use to do the differentiation so that every day a certain collection bin is taken out). The house was even more beautiful than in the photo, very clean, nothing was missing, a beautiful terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor overlooking the sea. In addition, the accommodation is located exactly in the center of Villasimius, so for summer evenings, very very comfortable. In short, the experience deserves all 5 stars!! Thank you Marco.

We loved our vacation at Constanza and Mauro's property. The house and pool are very well maintained and everything is pleasantly clean. We were able to sleep super well, because it is very quiet in the residential area; the air conditioning was also a blessing in the warm temperatures. We had great playground equipment on site, such as a pool volleyball game and a table tennis table, which was a lot of fun. Near the house there are beautiful sandy beaches, and we enjoyed the nights in Cagliari as a family very much and had wonderful food, e.g. in the Aquarium - a great pizzeria, restaurant and bar under palm trees. We got great excursion tips from Constanza, so it was very varied and relaxing for us at the same time. Thank you so much for our great family vacation. We'd love to come back and recommend your place with all our heart.

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

Efisio and Luisa were amazing hosts. Luisa sent recommendations for restaurants that really saved us that first night when we were getting in late. The place was clean and really nice, just like the pictures. Having an off-street parking space was a huge bonus since parking is impossible to find in a city like this.

A very nice and fully furnished apartment, on the upper floor with two bedrooms with comfortable beds and two bathrooms, in the basement a spacious living room. In the small garden outside, there is another seating area and a great gas grill available. The pool is shared with the surrounding apartments, but that was no problem. In October, however, the pool was already quite cool. All in all, highly recommended apartment, a few minutes by car from great beaches. Thank you very much

Very nice house, in the middle of the countryside with wonderful views of mountains and sea. The pool and garden are fantastic and the hosts very nice and helpful. You should know that some dogs live upstairs, which you can also hear from time to time, but they are very well behaved. It is a 5-minute drive to the beach. Overall a very nice stay.

We had a very pleasant family vacation; we immediately felt at home. Stephan, Pierre-Michel's son, is a very kind host, very nice, and attentive to our every need. Always reachable, when we asked for information and advice, he always responded immediately. Thanks to him, we were able to find beaches and restaurants in the area. The villa is beautiful, in a quiet area of Porto Pino; it offers a large outdoor space, with three BBQs; a patio that we have used every day, as it is extremely well furnished and allows us to eat outside. The house is extremely organized, with a kitchen where there was everything you could need. The rooms are fresh and spacious, with mosquito nets and air conditioning (not used because it was fine even without it). Two bathrooms with showers; washing machine, hair dryer. The place and the vast outdoor space are very suitable for children. In other words, we really reluctantly left. Thank you Pierre-Michel and Stefan!

Great location, good amenities, up to and including Alexa. Franco personally welcomed us and showed us everything and responded immediately if something was wrong. The bathroom still needs some optimization, which is why they wanted to take care of it. Inside the house it was quite quiet and we felt comfortable and safe! Can recommend the apartment 100%!

Friendly, kind, very helpful, absolutely recommended! Excellent location, modern and practical accommodation with all comforts, in the center so easy to get around on foot, 10 minutes by car from the beach. Being in the center, the choice of restaurants is very wide. Door that opens onto the street, so it's very convenient to get in and out. Absolutely recommended!

Staying with Cristina and Paolo was a wonderful experience. They were very nice people and helpful. The clean and tidy apartment has everything you need for a family of 4. Super spacious kitchen and living area with everything you need for cooking. Also use private off-street parking if needed. Within walking distance is a small beach and shops, as well as restaurant, pharmacy, MD supermarket and etc. If they drive a little further, they have the most beautiful beaches with turquoise waters. I can only recommend another stay with Cristina and Paolo.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

Good stay, comfortable accommodation, great location and easy to access. The host was very nice and responsive, communication was very easy. The only disadvantage is that there is only one window and it is on the front door.

The location of the flat couldn't be better. It's close to restaurants, shops, and it's easy to get to the beaches. The flat itself is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and very beautiful. I highly recommend it!
