The listing offered is totally as described. Valeria is very responsive to messages sent and responds to requests in a very short time. A vehicle is essential because the shops and the most beautiful sites are a few minutes away by car (Sestri, Lavagna,...). The private parking space is a real advantage, although a little difficult to access as the streets are very narrow. We had a great time at Valeria's place!

Virginio’s place is a good choice if you’re looking for a fully equipped apartment close to the beach! What we loved: - great communication and clear instructions - location is only 15min walk from the city center along the sea, very easy - the apartment was very clean and everything was provided - heating/AC works perfectly - a lot of storage space Good to know: - all doors are with matt glass, and there’s a little “window” between the bedroom and bathroom = if there’s a light on somewhere it inevitably comes into the bedroom - the apartment is on the ground floor + railway is near = some noise from traffic and trains Considering the price, quality and competition in Sestri Levante, we would recommend Virginio’s place!

We had a great stay at Gabriele and Franziska’s place in Lavagna. The place was clean and well-maintained, with stunning views. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with, making the check-in process smooth. The area and location are beautiful, however it is not very accessible without a car, which is something one needs to consider. Overall, it was a great stay in a beautiful home with spectacular views and nice and responsive hosts.

Patrizia's house is beautifully kept and well-equipped. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed the view, and the sporty walk up and down the hill to the beach. As for some other reviews you can hear the motorway from the house, but we soon forgot all about it. The location is a little remote, but with the car we enjoyed a week exploring the coast from La Spezia to Genova, and for this it was a great base.
