Monthly Rentals in Villa Grotti

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

Belmonte in Sabina is a beautiful village... a silence and peace that is no longer found... large, well organized apartment, two bathrooms, everything very clean and equipped... Roberto is available and responds immediately. He also sent me some tips on where to eat. Chiara who welcomed us is very kind, sunny and helpful... in short, I highly recommend it to anyone...

Cristina, Roberta, and Maarit's place in Cerchiara is absolutely fantastic. It is charming with its different levels and nooks and corners; the living room and bedrooms are spatious and comfortable, and the kitchen, which is downstairs, is impressively well equipped. Heating is also efficient. I spent three and a half weeks in Cerchiara and could've happily stayed for another such. The hosts are great. Communication was super easy and quick; if I needed any help with something, Cristina would get back to me immediately. It is evident how dear and important the house is to her and the co-owners. And then there's Cerchiara. More a hamlet than a village, it has gorgeous views over the valley and a bunch of dogs and cats who claim the place theirs as much as the few other permanent residents. The silence and calm there are palpable. And hiking options in the area are excellent (Terminillo just 40min drive)! One thing to consider: you need a car to get there and to get around.

Angela's accommodation is a haven of silence and tranquility. Equipped with everything you need, it is well heated and very comfortable. Angela's father discreetly assisted us during our stay, giving us the right advice. Beautiful view from the terrace in front of the house. We had a great time, we really hope we can come back!
