Amazing appartment. 10 out of 10! Everything is brand new, very comfortable, good beds, great shower, big garden with beautiful views, and a well equiped kitchen. Marianna is a lovely and friendly host. What is not to like? One of the best Airbnb's we've stayed at.

What can I add to what has already been eulogised about? Perfectly splendid in all ways. Especially following a hectic but wonderful daughter's wedding in a 12C castle near Firenze. Perfect peace with the sound of birdsong. Could not be more comfortable mattresses and pillows. Central heating at a touch (heated underfloor as well?). Very good cutlery, crockery and glassware. Both showers great. V. comfy chairs in the drawing room and an ENORMOUS (for us) TV which did everything! I think that possibly only 5 cars went up the road each day. A cuckoo and cockerel in the far off distance of the pastoral and sylvan somnolence. And what eatable pleasures in the drawers and fridge met our wondering gaze. The drinkable treats in the fridge? Let them be a joyous surprise. One further word, take Giorgio's advice and make your first arrival via Bagnone, we didn't but the road up was fun. Last big supermarket (Carrefour) is opposite the last righthand turn out of Villafranca for Bagnone.

Oh well, what can I say about this place... I highly recommend!! This was the best Airbnb experience I have ever had and we will definitely come back! The house is lovely (I am in love). It's all clean and well prepared. They even gave us complete breakfast. The bed is wow. The location is perfect for us. It's not too far from the city (La Spezia) and it's very peaceful and quiet. There are tons of shops around. Romeo is a fantastic host. He is the friendliest host I have ever met and even if he didn't speak English he put so much effort to everything. I had such a wonderful time and I am so glad to have found this house and Romeo. Thank you. (I am recommending to all my family and friends so get ready for more clients Romeo 😄). À bientôt!!
