Great place and Annalisa is super helpful. It’s on the edge of city center so it’s close to the bus and the local train station. It’s also on a ZTL free street. It was great for what I needed. Tip for Americans the washing machine is nothing like in the states, make sure you run an extra spin cycle. Also, the shower is smaller than what we are used to, but it’s very topical of Italy. The downstairs door sticks but it will open you just need to play with the key. The mini mart across the street is open late which is clutch. I would absolutely stay here again 😉

This apartment is located in an area slightly decentralized from the historic center of Reggio Emilia, which remains easily reachable by car in a few minutes. This makes the location strategic, but quiet. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities you can expect, but also more, such as a hairdryer, body wash, shampoo and a kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Precautions that are not always found. In addition, I was left some bottles of water for free use, given the hot weekend that was expected. Alberto was always very courteous and helpful, allowing me to check in early and providing me with all the information to reach the accommodation without problems, with the right advance notice. I highly recommend it and if I happen to be in the area again I will return!

Very good and cozy apartment in great location. Everything was as described, check in was easy and the host very friendly.

We stayed as a couple for 3.5 weeks in the apartment - actually an extension over garages for your own use + sep. Entrance! The property is very quiet. The amenities are very good, unpack and simply feel good. There were lots of gifts for guests, even in between :-)!! He is always there, very helpful, the contact went ok, with hands and feet, no problem, he speaks perfect English! Within walking distance there is a pizzeria and an ice cream parlor incl. Bar/cafe'. Good starting point for exploring, whether by e-bike or car as well as hiking. We felt completely comfortable and enjoyed a great vacation. Best regards, Dirk and Ingrid.
