Farmstay vacation rentals in Vietnam

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. In the price, breakfast is included, where you can decide between different dishes. Fresh tea and water are available for free all day. You can easily rent a bike or a scooter on site and get to the main attractions within 20 minutes. Ms. Le helped us a lot with transportation and the check-in worked great even if we arrived at 5am. We are very satisfied with Ms. Le and the staff because they were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the property!

We loved our stay! The location was absolutely incredible, peaceful, surrounded by nature, and with views you’ll never get tired of. Watching the sunrise and sunset was a highlight, and Tra Que vegetable garden in the backyard made it even more special. It was the perfect escape from Hoi An’s busy center, yet still easy to reach by Grab. A short walk takes you to a cute coffee shop overlooking rice fields, and you can spot water buffaloes nearby. Some days, we didn’t even want to leave—we just relaxed on the balcony, soaking in the views. The house is in three floors, with spacious bedrooms with private entrances, and a shared kitchen, great for groups. The hosts are kind, responsive, and shared great local tips. One thing to note: since the house is in nature and has an open design, lizards do get inside bedrooms and kitchen often. It didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind. Overall, a beautiful, peaceful stay—we’d absolutely recommend it!

The place is peaceful and Tranquill. The host is very helpful. However the place is a bit walk from the main road. We didn't expect that. We went there during national day which is probably not the best time to visit Sapa. There's too much traffic the whole time. And we only had 3 days there. Anyways the home Stay is recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palm View Villa. Having a peaceful base with a pool that the kids could swim in was great. Everyone is so helpful and kind we felt very welcome. Just be aware if you are looking for Villa the Cow when you arrive it is actually called Palm View Villa.

We had an amazing time at ZiZi's homestay. We loved being able to take part in an after school class with the local children and help them with their English. ZiZi's best friend Pang was a great trekking guide who we spent a lot of time with. The family meals were enjoyable, allowing you to meet some great people.

Exceptional setting. Old authentic house. The photos speak for themselves. Thu Ha is very responsive and friendly. Very good meals on site possible. The team on the premises is very caring. We loved the night in the middle of the jungle. Recommended for nature lovers.

Nothing fact-checking, but very nice, clean place in an incredibly beautiful part of the country. A little ways away from town, but that was nice. Enjoyed taking morning walks through field and nearby Buddhist cemetery with cows and buffalo. Very peaceful. Ha ( the manager) was very kind and accommodating.

Absolutely beautiful view! This homestay is a bit away from Sapa city but it’s worth it. I had the Vietnamese dinner each night and it was delicious and a LOT of food! The room itself is ok. I found some dead bugs and two lizards in mine. Definitely make sure they give your room a good cleaning before you enter. Also bring cash as they don’t accept credit card payments.

Great stay at a beautiful property. As a group of 10 friends who were travelling from 5 different countries for a reunion, it was smooth for us to check-in at separate times. The staff was helpful, and always prompt in responding to our requests. They helped arrange everything we needed. The property was beautiful, and we utilised the swimming pool, gym, badminton court, tennis court, golf driving range and karaoke room. Grab was convenient to find cabs and order food. All in all, it was a great property with great staff and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Villa is as described. The host was extremely responsive and we were VERY well looked after. Suong came every day and was very helpful. The washing machine broke on the day of our arrival so she took our washing every day and brought back clean same day. Great information and arranging of all our trips. Breakfast was great everyday with fresh fruit and tea also. To note: Accomodation backs on to rice paddies. Geese and roosters are extremely loud and all times day and night Hoi An in general is quite a loud place. Lots of beeping of horns! As with most places in Hoi An there were many levels so if you are staying on the top two floors lots of walking required. It is about 12-15 min walk to old town but few coffee shops and amenities within 5 min walk. Some of the showers start hot but go cold quickly. Seems to be on the higher floors. I have mentioned to the host already that there needs to be a comfortable communal seating area on the first floor for Lounging and chatting!

The entire cottage is beautifully made! A nice private garden front and back, beautiful plants and of course the nice goose that like a kind of guard dog cheerful a few times when you come in! The cottage is beautifully decorated with all natural materials. A lot of bamboo has been made and you can see that Dang has made a lot of work of it! D**g has great tips for the surroundings and thinks along with everything. His friend took us to the floating market and to the cacao factory. Dang helped us with the trip to Phu Quoq and even arranged all the tickets for us! What a great host! It is a very good value for money, possibly D**g could charge more but we have the idea that he especially likes to do it very much!! The cottage is reasonable in the center with 3 bikes that are available. Very convenient so you don't depend on taxis. All in all great stay, just go so😁

Osaka Villa is a great place to stay when in Hoi An. The room was nice and clean. The bed was the best in Vietnam so far! It felt like a luxurious hotel with the great staff always wanting to make our stay perfect.

Great communication, easy check in, was very responsive and accommodating.

This was our second stay at this villa, and just like after the first stay, we are already trying to plan when we can come back!! The surroundings could not be more peaceful and beautiful, and having a lovely big yard and pool make relaxing at the house so easy. All the furniture is incredibly comfortable, our family spent the few rain showers playing games in the living room and some of us may have accidentally taken naps on the couch :) On top of that, we felt so taken care of by Xuan and the whole team! Breakfast supplies were there when we got there, and we always knew we could send a message to get any recommendations or help we needed. They sent a car to collect us from da nang airport and to drop us back off when we had to leave, and made our trip so seamless. I can't recommend enough!! Thank you all!!

I spent 8 days at Kira, and I really enjoyed it. The home and the surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. The hosts are extremely helpful and kind, and really could not ask for anything more. The house looks just like the photos, it was perfectly clean, and I hope very much to come back soon. You will definitely need a motorbike to get around!

Thanks May, Cao and family for the hospitality! This homestay experience was definitely the highlight of the trip, perfect for short escape from hectic city life. The place was clean and comfortable. The home cook with self grown rice was simple but delicious. Not to forget the trekking around villages for stunning rice fields panoramic view. Would like to come back again with better weather/ season.

The studio was nice with everything one needs, the location was very cool, with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Mimi is a gentle and helpful host. Having a washing machine and dryer there was a real gift after 2 weeks of travelling!! I especially appreciated that there was also a shared space with the host and the other guests. This space was welcoming and nicely arranged. It was awesome to get served a very tasty breakfast there. I found walking (or jogging) from Mimi's place through the rice felds to the centre of Hoi An to be great fun, peaceful and straightforward. I strongly recommend Hoi An and Mimi's place!

Wonderful place to stay! Very nice and welcoming family and staff. Gorgeous farm with fish ponds and garden, not too far from the city but still An amazing country setting. They let me barrow a bike to cruise the neighborhood and also helped me with booking a taxi. Would recommend!
