Beachfront vacation rentals in Vietnam

Hahnie helped with all the questions we had. The apartment has everything you need and is exactly as pictured. The view from the window is amazing and left a special impression in our memory. The location is even better than in the tourist center. You can quickly get to the northern part of the city if needed. I recommend this apartment.

We had an amazing stay in this apartment, which was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk from the beach, with everything you need right downstairs: restaurants, massage places, laundry services, mini-markets open 24/7, coffee shops… ! The balcony view is completely open, with no vis-à-vis, offering a breathtaking and relaxing panorama. And Daisy and Sunny were absolutely wonderful—proactive, kind, available, and very flexible. A huge thank you to them for their hospitality! We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and top-notch stay!

I enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very modern and well equipped. The check-in is completely independent. Huong is very friendly and proactively provided me with information. She even proactively offered to let me do a late check-out, which I really appreciated. I totally recommend the apartment and would stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hanh's place. The room is huge and has great lighting. I was able to work at the desk by the window during the day with my coffee. I also liked chilling out on the balcony as well. There's a decent kitchen and good bathroom with a nice shower. There are quite a few steps and no lift so this is something to consider, but I was find with that. It's a short walk to the beach and even shorter to a nice park which I found really good for running and fitness on the different equipment there. The bed was very comfortable and air con made it very pleasant in the room. The TV didn't offer much but I was mostly on my laptop anyway.

I am satisfied with all aspects! I was relieved by the kindness of the host, Thư I want to use it again when I stay in Qui Nhon.

We stayed at this place for a month and it was really great for our needs. Lightening fast internet! We wanted a nice place to call home for a month as we weren't planning on a lot of activity. We loved the homey feeling and decorations....it struck just the right feeling and tone for us. We also appreciated how clean it was. The view is wonderful! Overall, we felt like we picked one of the best options in Nha Trang for our stay. The location was good....we kind of wished we were closer to the part of town that had a multitude of amazing restaurants to choose from but having said that, there were plenty of good eating options around where we were. We often took a Grab or walked (about 25 minutes) to some of the restaurants we found on google maps. The kitchen was missing a few small items (e.g., coffee maker, wine cork, a good towel for drying after washing) but we found those items easily at the Lotte supermarket so this wasn't really a problem.

Having such a great time! We have 7 people and the house got everything we needed for 3 days.

Amazing hosts! They helped us with everything, from booking car rides to Ba Na tickets, even getting us food when it rained. The place is very nice and so close to the beach

It is a good accommodation for group travelers. We had 12 people in a separate room. Each room is a double bed, which can sleep 2 people. Some rooms have two double beds. The interior is not as tidy as a hotel, but there were no major complaints because it was enough to rest. My Khe Beach is about 10 minutes on foot, and Han Market takes about 10 minutes by Grab.(Grab well caught) There is also a big convenience store (close at midnight), a massage shop nearby, and a rice noodle shop that you can easily eat in the morning.

A family of 9 stayed. There are 1 basement, 1 on the 1st floor, 3 on the 2nd floor, 6 large beds, and 1 folding bed. The basement has a bit of a smell, so it's best not to use it. The host was very friendly and helped us with breakfast, cleaning, hopping tour reservations, airport pick-up, and sanding. The response was also very quick. He also gave me a wonderful birthday cake. The cleaning was very good, and the breakfast was satisfactory. My whole family was satisfied. Thank you very much for your host.

Great place and location

The condo is excellent, very clean, kitchen appliances, well decorated. They changed the sheets every 2 weeks. There is a big gym, large swimming pool. 4 restaurants. Close to the beach and shopping malls. Mr Viet was very prompt and very helpful. Champa Island is a grat place to holiday

I've been looking forward to it since 6 months. This is an accommodation that was as good as I expected. It was okay not to use the shower filter There were some ants, but I didn't see any other bugs at all. I left a good memory.

Pretty new condo with high ceilings and good location in the middle of what called Grand Park Residence. 24/7 store downstairs, bunch of a great restaurants in the area for delivery. If talking cons, towels were overused otherwise solid 5 star place for the money!

Beautiful villa with views of the ocean and beach. About a 3 minute walk to the beach and 10-15 miniute drive to Hoi An Old Town. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming David and his staff were wonderful! I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place! 😁

Lovely privat Villa, Lam and her Team was so super nice and took over every wish we had!

Hoa went above and beyond in hosting my family of 7 adults and 8 children under 12, including a baby . From purchasing extra life jackets , daily fruit platters , and a padlock for the gate . We had the whole villa to ourselves which was amazing and great to be all together. The kids loved the pool, swimming constantly. There was an assistant Ngo who spoke great English and was wonderful in her recommendations and assistance to local Attractions including ordering a large bus most days to transport us out all together . Ngo also owns the Lucky Beach Restaurant around the corner , her cooking ability and presentation is amazing with delicious food presented. The area is in a lovely friendly neighbourhood with some great local restaurants all in walking distance . Staying here gives a great cultural experience living with the locals and not tucked up away in a resort . Value for money was excellent. Beds were a bit hard for westerners . We can most definitely recommend to others.

Villa is clean, full of amenities

You’re getting more than what you paid for! The place is nice and cozy, with a lot of establishments that are walking distance. You’ll see a lot of cafes, restaurants, and massage clinics nearby. I love how the rooms are very spacious for two people. I will surely reconsider this place once I visit Da Nang again, I hope there will be rooms available by then.

The location is close to the shopping mall, the room is very spacious, and it is very comfortable to stay, despite two small material incidents; but overall it is very good, I will choose to stay here next time.

Binh's place is a real gem! our best place to stay on our trip around the world so far! first-class cleanliness, beauty of spaces, and amenities. fresh fruit and vegetables are delivered every morning. Binh helps with all matters and organizes taxi or scooter for us. ideal for the children because there is a lot of space, garden and flat sea. the roof terrace and outdoor kitchen are such a treasure for us. The times in the hammock there and on the beach are a huge pleasure. absolute recommendation if you like nature and tranquility!
