Vacation rentals with breakfast in Vietnam

Lovely privat Villa, Lam and her Team was so super nice and took over every wish we had!

The villa was huge and located on the rice fields near Cua Dai Road, and easy bike ride to Old Town and the local market. Nana was very responsive and helpful, which made our stay easier and more enjoyable. Like many villas in Hoi An, it needs a little maintenance after the rainy season, but nothing that affected our stay. The beds were super comfy and the surrounding neighbourhood is quiet. There's a beauty salon at the front of the property (this villa is set back from it) offering fabulous hot stone massages. Overall a good value stay for a family, especially if you're after something spacious with cooking facilities.

Van was an extremely accommodating and friendly host, who helped us book rides and motorbikes, and gave advice about what to do in the area when. Breakfast was wonderful, and the property is STUNNING, looks exactly like the pictures. Peaceful, safe, clean, and walkable. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Very responsive, and loved the place - access is a bit of a walk and it would be hard if you are with children and carrying heavy luggage as its a short 50m walk from where a taxi drops you off. ( Maybe if the host had a trolley to lug your suticases it would be good) but apart from that no other issue whatsoever.

Had the most lovely stay here! the villa was so cool and the pool was perfect! the breakfast included was absolutely delicious and there were so many options! host was very accommodating and offered a clean throughout our stay! she is really very kind and made the experience so lovely! it feels lovely and secluded whilst being a perfect distance from the old town! highly highly recommended such good value for money 🌞

My daughter and I stayed one week and I wish we could have stayed longer. Huong recommended various things to see and do and organised a lot of it for us also. Kim Anhs breakfast each morning was fantastic, we stuck with Vietnamese breakfasts the whole stay. When we needed a doctor Huong was also there to help us. The most special touch that we were tototally blown away by was the birthday cake Huong had organised as we had both just celebrated our birthdays a week or so prior. Would go back in a heartbeat. The condition of the apartment is very good. It felt like a hotel with daily cleaning and replacing supplies. Of course, simple cooking and laundry are also possible, so I didn't feel uncomfortable living there. It's a resort with a pool and a private beach, and it's all free to use. However, it's a pity that there are no commercial facilities such as grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place if you want a quiet retreat with your family.

Great hotel with perfect location! Very nice rooms, very friendly staff. A small breakfast on the beautiful roof terrace is also included for free. The reception booked us bus tickets for departure for departure to Saigon. The hotel is right near the night market and the river, where the boats leave for the floating market in the morning. I highly recommend the hotel 🙂

This is probably the most difficult and easiest 5 star rating i can give It is the most difficult 5 star because I 100% want to gatekeep this place. The ambience and privacy of the neighbourhood is already excellent, but the room and its amenities is simply worth every penny, and exactly as depicted in the photos. The only things to take note of are the lack of lifts, and you will have to climb 3 flights of stairs so dont carry heavy luggages; and there is drinking water provided but its hidden out of sight above the sink. TL;DR, Love love love this place, many stairs

That great ! The apartment is beautiful and meets cleanliness standards. The host is enthusiastic and always ready to help whenever I need it. This is a reliable homestay !

It was a well-located and neatly maintained house. If you have any questions, it was nice that the feedback was quite fast. There was a laundry service (for a fee), and it was nice that they cleaned it in the middle of the schedule and took out the garbage often. The rice noodle restaurant in front of the house is really good, and it's convenient because there are restaurants and cafes nearby. On the downside, the entrance to the house is narrow and the stairs look dangerous, so families with children like us may be a little uncomfortable. And there are a lot of ants in the house, so you need to be careful. But in general, I used it satisfactorily.

Hoa's homestay - Little Colmar Boutique Homestay was a perfect place for vacation. So lovely garden with flowers, trees around, peaceful and quiet area but close to walking street. Small kitchen with well-equipment that we could use for cooking, and we had dinner here. Staffs are very friendly, always greet and welcome us everytime we were back with a big smile! Highly recommend!

Green Tea Villa was highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Sen and her helpers took care of our needs and our room was palatial and overlooks the lovely infinity pool, which I love swimming in. Breakfast was a la carte and many great choices. Easy walk 1 km to old town or borrow bikes for free to explore. I would go back anytime!

Really happy with our stay, on arrival we were suggested activities they recommended, communicated very well in English, breakfast was good, 15-20 min walk to old town. The staff really made the stay outstanding with their hospitality

Duongs homestay is amazing! We extended our stay and had the best time here. The homestay restaurant has such good food (I ate the burger 3 times)! After a long bus journey, we were allowed to check in early and felt right at home. The hosts wanted to do anything to make us comfortable and we really appreciated it! Please stay here if you’re coming to ninh binh! ❤️

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! Perfect for a big group. Had bottled water delivered everyday to the house, which was wonderful. The host was attentive and house was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. the host was super helpful with anything we needed, from a shuttle back to the airport, to cleaning our laundry for a great price. the breakfast was delicious and the pool table was fun to have.

Beautiful place to stay. The staffs were super friendly and nice. It was convenient that I could rent a scooter right away for a good price and park right at the homestay. Emai also serves amazingly delicious breakfast! I would stay here again when I visit Da Lat.

Nice location near the rice fields. Lots of options for the breakfast and wine. Especially we like the cuisine offer in the house. The kids really like the house. The manager HOA is nice and offer good suggestions and help us book the local restaurants. The pick up service is professional. Really recommend to stay here for the holiday in Hoi An.

I had a really beautiful time staying at Sue’s homestay. I did the Batik and Indigo workshop with Sue as well and really enjoyed the experience of her sharing her culture with me!
