Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Vietnam

Everything was around the accommodation, so it was very comfortable. The accommodation was also clean and perfect. I'll use it again next time. Luggage storage is possible, and the barbecue party on the rooftop was an unforgettable memory. The refrigerator, sink, speaker, jacuzzi, etc. on the rooftop were very good.

Beautiful place, everything as described, perfect communication, and the best egg coffee at the place on the corner! Would stay again 😊

This place was absolutely perfect. The location is great, the beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. They have great service and will make your room daily. Also, the cafe is wonderful, they have great breakfast and coffee. Em was super helpful and had her nephew drive us in a private car around town the whole day, was very helpful. Em is a fabulous host and you do not need anything else but Em’s Place! We look forward to coming back. 10/10 would recommend. THANK YOU EM’S PLACE!

Our stay was a highlight of our trip in Vietnam. Truc was super responsive and helped us book a trekking tour and helped with some other arrangements that made our stay super easy.

We had an amazing time here!! Firstly, we were hesitant when booking as it had 0 reviews, however we were completely put at ease when communicating with the host who kindly explained everything to us, all the facilities and features, and that it's new hence not many reviews. The host is super kind and fast at responding, even arranged a fruit gift for our special occasion. The space is exactly like the photos. We loved how open we could make it feel, every window and door opens, it felt very bright and breezy and nice. You can also close everything for privacy. The movie projector with access to Netflix and YouTube is great. Kitchen facilities adequate for cooking meals, and the outdoor charcoal BBQ grill was good to use. Many seating options both inside and outside the room. Property is well managed and cleaned with staff sweeping the deck for us when we arrived. We were allowed to use the washing machine and dryer which was amazing. Only thing was bed a little hard, but not too bad!

We had a lovely stay in Hanoi Old Quarter. I love these old style buildings where there is so much life inside and out. It was great to have a balcony but with the doors closed there is not much noise (and the street is quiet at night). We had everything we needed and the host was very helpful she even gave us the use of a washing machine and luggage storage. A great experience thank you!

Jack was an amazingly responsive host, always available and super helpful and supportive. He, his adorable daughters and "Brainy" the flower horn fish were definitely the highlight of our stay in Da Nang. We stayed at two of his apartments, both were very clean and well equipped. The building is quiet and well located, a few blocks from the beach and close to great bakeries and coffee shops. Thank you again, Jack!

Clean This is a comfortable accommodation with good value for money.

It is a good accommodation for group travelers. We had 12 people in a separate room. Each room is a double bed, which can sleep 2 people. Some rooms have two double beds. The interior is not as tidy as a hotel, but there were no major complaints because it was enough to rest. My Khe Beach is about 10 minutes on foot, and Han Market takes about 10 minutes by Grab.(Grab well caught) There is also a big convenience store (close at midnight), a massage shop nearby, and a rice noodle shop that you can easily eat in the morning.

This was a fantastic end to our group of 8's two week adventure in Vietnam. The house surpassed expectations and David/ Minh was a responsive host. The house keeping staff/Cooks were amazing and the food delicious. Location is Quite but close to all you need. A really Beautiful /Amazing /Mind blowing Home We can't wait to come back. A family of 9 stayed. There are 1 basement, 1 on the 1st floor, 3 on the 2nd floor, 6 large beds, and 1 folding bed. The basement has a bit of a smell, so it's best not to use it. The host was very friendly and helped us with breakfast, cleaning, hopping tour reservations, airport pick-up, and sanding. The response was also very quick. He also gave me a wonderful birthday cake. The cleaning was very good, and the breakfast was satisfactory. My whole family was satisfied. Thank you very much for your host.

We booked Le Rivage for 3 days but loved it so much that we extended our stay by 2 more days to explore Da Nang while still enjoying this villa’s comfort. The villa is incredibly spacious, with 3 master bedrooms (2 featuring Jacuzzis), a huge living room, and more than enough amenities. Its beachfront location provides breathtaking views from the private pool area outside living room and the first-floor balcony. The caretaker, who lives in the basement, was outstanding. She kept the villa spotless, helped dry our clothes during the rainy season using her personal heater, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The complimentary breakfast, tailored to our preferences, added a personal touch. The host was polite, helpful, and easy to communicate with, ensuring our stay was seamless. Located just 6 km from the Japanese Bridge and 9 km from Da Nang, it’s a perfect base for exploring both cities while relaxing in luxury. Highly recommended for an amazing getaway! 🌟 TRULY WORTH

Great stay at a beautiful property. As a group of 10 friends who were travelling from 5 different countries for a reunion, it was smooth for us to check-in at separate times. The staff was helpful, and always prompt in responding to our requests. They helped arrange everything we needed. The property was beautiful, and we utilised the swimming pool, gym, badminton court, tennis court, golf driving range and karaoke room. Grab was convenient to find cabs and order food. All in all, it was a great property with great staff and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Lavender is an incredible host -- very responsive and was able to arrange all sorts of services for us, including taxis, private chef, grocery delivery, etc. She also set up amazing Ha Long Bay cruise and Hanoi Jeep Tours, for great prices. The house actually matches the photos. The air conditioning works well and the pool is incredible. Beds are comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. TV and Sound System all worked great for karaoke as well!
