Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Vietnam

Excellent place for family and friend reunion. We enjoyed the stay at Thao’s place so much, One thing is her house uses solar-heated water, though the listing tells no heat water. Bonus point for using renewable energy and environmental-friendly. Just note that the place is not for ones who like to near to shops and restaurants.

Huyen's place is located at a new township, so it is very quiet. No problems for us as we had transport in and out. The place was very nice! newly renovated and very clean. There's a swimming pool at the clubhouse too. However, the room with 2 single beds only had blinds (no blackout curtain) and the place lights up around 530am when we were there. Other rooms had blackout curtains which was great!

The place is sooo clean, well managed. the rooms are as described.

It was a 2-minute walk from Song Moi Market, Kim Bin, and Kim Cheong, so it was close to exchanging currency, and I went to the grocery store and exchanged currency without any inconvenience. The host responded quickly and was friendly. Communication was good. There were many rooms and toilets, and it was easy for a family of 7 to stay. It was also nice to cook simple food. I made a lot of good memories in Vietnam and returned home well. I look forward to my next trip.❤

This place is truly wonderful, even more beautiful than the images. It's a real haven outside the busyness of Hoi An. We were two families of four with kids aged 7-10 and it was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool, which is a great depth and was warm enough for them to play in for hours. The location of the villa is incredible -- a few steps from an amazing beach cafe with incredible fresh food and just a few more steps onto a lovely, peaceful beach. Lots of swimming, wave jumping and sand castle making. We loved our five days here, it was so chilled and relaxing and the hosts were amazing helping us out with recommendations and transport. I can't recommend this place enough, one of our best Airbnb stays.

This place is located close enough to Hoi An ancient town to walk over, but away from the noise. The house is adequately furnished, and Vu was a very communicative host, recommending restaurants and shops to visit, and even a place to run. If I had to travel in a big group again, I will consider this place again.

Very nice spacious villa. Nice contact and also short-term services were no problem. Right on the sea, which was beautiful and almost empty. Private pool, public pool. Unfortunately, if you put food out in the open, ants were there quickly, but it's not that bad. But you should know if you're sensitive. All in all recommended!

It was a trip with two families with children, so I had a lot of worries about the accommodation, but I had a very comfortable stay. It's big, spacious, clean, and the air is good~ I loved it so much that I just wanted to live there ^ ^ The bedrooms were separated on the 3rd floor structure, so it wasn't uncomfortable at all to use with my friends and family. The kids also had fun and promised to come again next time. ^^

We felt really comfortable in the apartment. It was as described and we had no issues. There were good restaurants around the corner and the sights were quickly accessible. We also had no problems with the security staff as described on Google, also our tomb drivers had always dropped us off at the door.

I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Ho Chi Minh City.

Clean, spacious and comfortable stay. There’s a security on site 24/7 so it’s very safe. Similar to a hotel, there’s a placard you can put outside to have the apartment cleaned daily if needed. There’s a small washer you can use to do laundry as well. 5 stars, highly recommended. Would stay again for future visit.

I had a fantastic stay, it was lovely to relax and enjoy the beach and the rooftop pool. The people at the reception deck are so helpful. I totally recommend this say if you want a little break from HCMC

Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

A great apartment hosted by Tuan and his team. We had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. It was unfortunate that the beach was still under construction when we were there but the building and location was fantastic. Amenities for kids and adults (pools, playground, indoor playroom). It is easy to call taxis and Grab. And the best thing is that Tuan was very responsive throughout our stay and helped with every question I had. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Good place

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

The apartment is beautiful, it is located on the 18th floor, it is clean, bright and with a magnificent view of the fireworks and light show that takes place every night. The residence is very nice with a gym and the pool on the top floor is very quiet. Check-in is ultra fast and same thing for checkout. I highly recommend this place, I'll be back soon.

Fancy, cozy place. Extra small bedroom was very nice, where you could hide and relax. Apartment is in a shade and you don't get too much sun, while having amazing view over the airport's runway. Apartment is on 17th floor. We had very good sleep here every night. Very large balcony. Elevator waiting time is the biggest weakness - building itself is huge and during holidays you have to wait a bit extra. But you get nice coworking area, nice swimming pool and even gym (a bit crowdy and small, but you still have it, in case you don't want to go anywhere else). Shopping centre Lotte is near. Beach is near. Internet is "ok". - anyway - we had amazing stay for 1 month.
