Le logement était propre , bien situé à 10 min à pied du centre . Parfait pour les familles ,nous étions avec un bébé de 18 mois . Terrasse pleins pied , entré privé, comme décris . Les hôtes très sympathique , au plaisir d'y retourner. Je recommande vivement.

L'appartement est très bien placé pour visiter le lac majeur et pour profiter de la ville tout en étant dans un environnement calme. Nous avons été très bien reçu.

Eine schöne, neu eingerichtete Unterkunft mit einem sehr schönen Garten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht. Ivan und Giorgia sind sehr liebenswerte Gastgeber, denen das Wohlergehen der Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Sie sind sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment bis zum letzten sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Also, es hat alles super gepasst. Wir würden auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig gelegene Unterkunft die wirklich eine Reise wert ist. Der Historische Ortskern lädt zum verweilen ein und ist sehr schön anzusehen. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber und es hat angenehm gerochen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche angenehm. Alles in allem eine Perfekte/Kostengünstige Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub. Stunning views up high on the Stresa hill with panoramic views of Lake Maggiore. A beautiful well appointed modern apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Mavi was our contact and she was a perfect host, with many good recommendations and super friendly. Everything was gorgeous from start to finish, will definitely book in again if available.

Terrazza sur lago surpassed expectations! We chose to come in from Lugano by Uber (a new service just offered in 2025), from there you do have some stairs to negotiate to the beautiful apartment. However, another option is to take a scenic ferry ride from Lugano to Gandria if you have time and want fewer stairs. Once you arrive, you will find the sparkling clean apartment better than the photos. The kitchen is spacious and very well fit out. A nice dining table provides great views of Lago Lugano. Two spacious bedrooms, both offer great lake views, one with a walk-out to a large patio area, with table, chairs, umbrella and comfy furniture for kicking back. We ate every breakfast out there taking in the lake. A quick 10 minute Uber ride puts you in Lugano - tons of restaurants, shopping and nite life. It’s also a 10 minute drive to the funicular for Mounte Bré (great views and hikes). In town - try the Olive Trail hike in Gandria or take a ferry tour of the lake. Bellissimo!

Spectacular views. Very helpful host always readily available and who went an extra mile to prepare the bikes for all our family so we could enjoy a day with the bikes around the lake. This was a special extra bonus for us. Greatly appreciated.

Davide was an amazing host, super fast responsive and with a very professional attitude. He send us very clear instructions for the check-in and the check-in was very easy. His place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The parking space also super convenient for our car and the bikes we carried in order to explore the surroundings. I really recommend Davide’s place and we will be glad to come back 😀 Thank so much. We really enjoyed our stay!

Alessandra a été proactive et nous a bien conseillé. Son appartement est très propre et bien rangé. Il offre tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour, même prolongé (cuisine, terrasse, etc). L’endroit est très calme. Il préférable d’avoir son propre véhicule mais les transports publics sont aussi possible pour aller directement à Lugano ou Bellinzona. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour un séjour au Tessin. Merci Alessandra!

Wonderful home with everything needed and the home stay woman communicated great with us until we arrived to the home. Garage is small and really hard to park in but I think it's the case everywhere in Milano.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit Seeblick Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser wunderbar gelegenen Wohnung. Die Unterkunft befindet sich sehr zentral – alles ist gut erreichbar – und die beiden Balkone mit Blick auf den See sind ein echtes Highlight. Zwar verläuft eine Straße in unmittelbarer Nähe, doch der Geräuschpegel war überraschend niedrig und hat unseren Aufenthalt kaum gestört. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Ein großes Plus war auch die herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir hatten das Glück, sie persönlich kennenzulernen, was den Aufenthalt noch persönlicher und angenehmer gemacht hat. Besonders gefreut hat uns auch, dass Hunde erlaubt sind – für uns als Hundebesitzer ein klarer Bonus! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Thank you for a wonderful stay on Lake Orta! Carla was extremely helpful and friendly and the property was perfect for my and my daughter's needs. We had everything we needed, plus the location right on the lake, within an easy walk to the town, but far enough away from the centre to enjoy the peace and quiet, was ideal. Having parking and not having to drive through the town's narrow streets to access the property made life a lot easier.

Wir waren vier Tage in der Unterkunft und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Es lohnt sich auch, einmal zu Fuß in den Ort zu laufen und durch die kleinen Gässchen zu schlendern. Unten an der Hauptstraße gibt es einen kleinen Feinkostladen, der es uns sehr angetan hat. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man in Stresa und in 20 Minuten in Arona, wo man gut shoppen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich habe eine wunderschöne Woche bei Katrin verbracht. Das kleine Studio war für mich perfekt. Sehr gutes Bett, Küchennische mit allem, was ich brauchte- nur eine Zitronenpresse fehlte zu meinem Glück- die hat Katrin gleich am nächsten Tag besorgt. Das andere Studio nebenan war nicht belegt - das kann ich auch sehr nett sein, sich die Terrasse zu teilen (bei Bedarf gäbe es aber auch eine Abtrennung). Über den beiden Studios gibt es drei größere Ferienwohnungen, findet man im Netz unter CasaEva. Der Blick auf den See ist ein Traum. Im Garten gibt es zwei schöne Essplätze. Katrin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie und Jennet haben mir bei An/ und Abreisen mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Vielen Dank! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

What an extraordinary place- it fully exceeded our expectations. Fresh flowers and beautiful gardens really made us feel like we were in the lap of luxury. Such a beautiful and comfortable home! We will be back!

Magnificent apartment with ample space. Peaceful locations. Spacious terrace and great views. Spacious and well appointed bathrooms and bedrooms. However main bedroom area has large ceiling windows, which brought in beautiful natural light, though it would benefit from a covering for those who prefer a darker room in the morning.” Kitchen equipment and cabinet space somewhat lacking (e.g. colander for pasta, cheese grater, although water kettle and espresso machine greatly appreciated) Ample parking space

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans le logement d'Ivan, qui présente toutes les commodités et dispose d'une superbe vue sur le lac Majeur. La résidence est facile d'accès, bien située, très calme et nous avons pu profité avec plaisir de la piscine et du terrain de tennis. Une adresse à recommander, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Notre séjour dans la résidence de Francesca s'est très bien passé. Notre appartement sous les toits était très spacieux,et de la terrasse nous avions une très belle vue sur la campagne environnante et le lac Majeur au loin. La propreté était impeccable. Francesca a été une hôtesse très sympathique avec qui la communication a été facile. Elle nous a même proposé un cours de yoga gratuit. C'est une adresse à recommander.

We stayed for 1 night with our 3 young children and we had the best time! The apartment is really well located to visit Milan and Como and had plenty of parking right outside. The apartment was perfect, clean, comfortable and our children loved the pool which was a huge highlight. The garden was lovely too. It was also great that we didn’t have to check out until midday and William was a super responsive host. A great stay & we would definitely come back

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! L’endroit est parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, et la salle de bain est impeccable.

Wow 🤩 Die Aussicht ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Wir waren mit unsrem 10 Wochen alten Baby in der Wohnung und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Danke für alles.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir hatten gut Platz für 6 Personen. Mauro ist gut erreichbar und hat umgehend geantwortet bei Fragen. Der Pool ist schön, konnten diesen aber aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nicht gross benützen. Die Lage ist zwischen Baveno und Stresa. Zu Fuss schwierig zu erreichen, da die Unterkunft direkt an der Hauptstrasse liegt und es keinen Bordstein hat. Mit dem Auto/Taxi ist es jedoch kein Problem. Alles in allem sehr gut und kann weiterempfohlen werden.
