Vacation rentals with beach access in Vembanad Lake

The place was really nice. The host was even nicer, helping us with whatever we needed and always available at all times. Very good place to stay for short visits.

I stayed with family for 3 days and no hotel suite can rival this apartment, fully furnished in style and well stocked, and Swiggy delivery available at doorstep. There were many facilities which we did not get time to utilise as we were here for a wedding. We hope to visit again in future. Thanks for a memorable stay.🍺

Very good place.

Great stay in fort kochi area. It is a studio apartment with a kitchen. All the utensils for basic cooking are provided. Bathroom is spotless and super clean. Johnson and family are super hosts. Johnson was very proactive with his communication from the get go and is always available day and night for anything you need. We had a very pleasant stay here. Would love to visit again.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The first thing that stood out to me was the cleanliness and hygiene of the space — everything was spotless, well-maintained, and gave a very fresh feel from the moment I walked in. It’s clear that the host takes great care in preparing the space for guests. The property was also fully equipped with all the necessary amenities — from a well-stocked kitchen to a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing mechine and even small thoughtful touches that made a big difference. I didn’t feel the lack of anything during my stay. Most importantly, I felt it was excellent value for money. The quality of the stay definitely exceeded my expectations for the price paid. Overall, I had a seamless and satisfying experience, and I would not hesitate to book this place again or recommend it to friends and fellow travelers.

We very much enjoyed our stay here (seven weeks part holiday, part remote working). It is in a nice location on Vypin which suited our circumstances with a young child - we were close enough to the city to take day trips and also had options in and around Vypin, Fort Kochi and beyond. The apartment was spacious, well organised and as stated in the advert. Don and Albin were very helpful in giving suggestions for places to see and how to get around the area which made our settling in a lot easier. We would definitely consider coming again.

We had an absolute blast at this bnb! We felt right at home. The house has a modern-kerala touch. All the rooms were pristinely maintained! Washrooms were clean and tidy. Kitchen had all the appliances. The host was really kind and responsive. Would recommend 10/10!

We had a wonderful time at Jesudas's place.He was extremely hospitable and was very flexible with the check in check out time. He gave a lot of local recommendations and helped us plan our itinerary. Mummy who stayed downstairs was warm and welcoming. Gave us a great cup of coffee and we had some great conversation with her. Such a sweet lady! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a cozy place near the Azhapuzha beach

I have never written a review for an Airbnb but this one deserves a special review. The host and his wife are one of the sweetest people I have ever met in my life. They take very good care of you, everyday they would call us to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. The wife is a great cook who’ll cook amazing local dishes. They own a small shop right down the Airbnb and let me tell you even when you buy something from there they won’t ask you to pay, so please do pay because they won’t ask you. Very sweet people and very polite. Now about the Airbnb, it is walkable distance from the beach. The beach is very clean with few people on it. Evening walks felt like it was our own private beach. There is also a very beautiful church nearby. The Airbnb was very clean and very pretty. It looks very aesthetic too, all my friends kept asking me where I was. A beautiful place run by equally amazing and kind hearted people.

Wonderful stay at Joseph´s place. Anthony - his help - was available to guide us through to the place. We were 10 of us in a tempo traveller and the road on which the house was - was a bit too small for the tempo. Apart from that all good. We had to park it 100 mts away - which was a minor thing. Overall a decent stay and value for money.

Truly an authentic Kerala jungle/beach experience - with all that goes with such authenticity. Our party was warmly welcomed and generously cared for during the week we stayed with Abi and Minnie. We particularly enjoyed the food, lazing in the hammocks and sorties to Marari Beach.

I had an amazing stay at Marari Bellcasa! The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed (with round walls) with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Yesudas was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The location was Perfect for me — as it was close to everything I wanted to explore, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I felt right at home and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

Such a fantabulous place to stay with good ambience!!... This place is apt for 6 people. Swiggy & Zomato are available here. Only shortcoming was there was no fan for a huge dining hall. Needed atleast 1 a.c or more fans to cover such a big area...

My partner and I really loved our stay and felt at home right away. The surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful right next to the river. The rooms and interior are very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the tranquility and the fact that it is a bit secluded, far away from the chaos of the roads. Mary and Tersa are outstanding hosts with heart and soul. We were so well taken care of when we were both not feeling well. Teresa made us medicine for our belly's and checked in with us daily if we needed anything. We felt so cared for and were back on our feet in no time. With all of our frequent travels we rarely have seen such a dedication and care from our hosts. Thank you Mary & Teresa for having us! We will come back again anytime. We wholeheartedly recommend this serene and beautiful place for those who wish to stay in a peaceful environment with amazing hosts.
